29th Jun 2024 (18 weeks ago)If I could give a negative score I would. Very rude and unprofessional staff! Takes a looooong time to respond to repairs. The contractor wouldn't even give a notice if he's coming or not.
8th Jul 2023 (1 year ago)Proctors are very nice nice and friendly to deal with. However, my only criticism is that the photos of my flat were not professionally done. I have today seen a £1,600,000 house advertised by Proctors and the photos are in a totally different class. Admittedly when it was first listed I had not done away with lots of furniture etc and it now looks much better, however, I didn't find the photos good enough and my family and friends agree on this. As most agents use professional photographers I find this was a mistake on their part. But please do not mention my name to them. But they do know this area and my building so that is in favour of them.
20th May 2024 (24 weeks ago)Absolutely rubbish. Nobody answers the phone the whole day. I have been trying to speak to someone and it just keeps going to answerphone. It was the same last week as well.
15th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Sky was amazing without her we would not have completed before Xmas. Our buyer was with the shambles that call themselves premier property lawyers!!! There systems were shut down and they have been a complete nightmare. Sky went over and above to contact them and the buyer almost daily. Meaning we didn't loose our onwards property of which we are so grateful. Jennie and Joe
21st Sep 2024 (6 weeks ago)I moved this agent 1st of November 2023. This is for everyone who wants to come with this agency and if they don’t give any access to the landlord then be careful, they will make a trap for you. I live in (E13 Barking road house, Plaistow, two bedroom house). When we rented the house £1700 rent offered and we agreed. There are many things not working properly since we moved, reports them many times, every time agents come and take measurements then no response. Still we are not bothering them. Living our life and paying rent on time. Suddenly, when it’s almost 1 year finishing they sending email that they will increase rent £1103.45 to £1950 when I asked what is £1103 . Then they said it was mistake and they want to increase rent from £1700 to £1950. Once one inspection happened from bank, one officer came to valuation the property and asked about rent to us. We told him £1700 as a random question answered and one of agent member shouted with us because of telling the amount of rent, which made us shocked, but we didn’t say nothing but made us doubt with the agent, it’s our personal thing why they are making concern about this, it’s happened after 2 months of our moving. From all the concerns and doubts we wanted to contact with landlord and discuss about things and increased rent, but denied to give us access. Now we did let them know we can’t afford £1950 and they sending a notice to vacant the house with my baby. They sending possession notice of 2 months time although we are paying our rent on time. They care only money, no humanity exist.How fair is this and how should I find a new house so easily. What a trap. I wish they get a punishment for all the injustices and trap and lies.

Honest , proeffesional , kind and utterly genuine From start to finish. Supported by Lucy in this instance , both went above and beyond. Do not hesitate to engage with them for the sale of your property. We managed a 4 person chain in 17 weeks . Thankyou thankyou thankyou !
25th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Attentive and usually work is done within a good time frame. Personalities are great. There's nothing plastic about these guys and sincerely like everyone I've met. In 32 years of renting I can say that's never been the case anywhere else.

3rd Nov 2023 (11 mo. ago)I am Chair of the Directors of a small block of flats who have recently adopted Sneller’s as our managing agent. Our representative is Pryce Bravo. Since taking over we have hit many structural problems via a survey we ordered and we’re worried that we were not fulfilling legal requirements and fire safety regulations for example. Pryce has quickly annd efficiently taken on these tasks and guided us through the new regulations . We had our AGM yesterday which he chaired and up dated residents very effectively and with good humour throughout He received a vote of thanks from everyone for his work. We are fortunate to have him.

19th Sep 2024 (6 weeks ago)The house wasn’t to bad however the estate agent MARK JARRET was extremely rude insisting that I should move my car from infront of the property so he could park instead this may seem minor but his approach was very aggressive and in professional towards a female. Personally I don’t think this estate agents should be used due to from what it seems lack of staff training which I have never experienced before. Yh is was very nerve wrecking for me.

No pressure and tricks that some other agents use. He also helped us out with a few "moving in" formalities (which he didn't have to do), which we are grateful for. We are very happy with our new home and highly recommend Steve & Bardens Estates.

He has an in-depth understanding of the local market and knew exactly how to stage the house to maximise its appeal. He quickly secured a buyer in a great position and was without exception available for any questions and to keep on top of the solicitors on both sides. He remained level headed through what can be a very stressful situation and I would unreservedly recommend him!
