27th Sep 2019 (5 years ago)Unprofessional, dishonest, complete luck of understanding of personal circumstances. Ryan was showing me the property and he was very nice and professional, however foe a week I was told that I would get the answer to my offer today. In stead of saying that they have lined up someone for a property Niamh has lied about not being able to get in touch with a landlady for over 10 days and suddenly when new people made an offer she was asking what my offer was and managed to get hold of the landlady (apparently she was trying every day, but how could she if apparently she didn't know what my offer was?!). I was lucky enough to find actually a better property with an estate agency who is in completely different league (premier) and Proctor (in Chatterton Village) doesn't belong to any.
3rd Sep 2018 (6 years ago)Well, we have not finish the process of buying but I have to say Myles is really helpful, very professional and super fast. The most important they didn't spam my mail with lots of junk like others do. thanks for helping us with our first home.
1st Feb 2021 (3 years ago)Wow what can I say I had rented for many years but this company is definitely 5Stars. Very friendly and will go out off there way to resolve any issues I had. The phone alway gets answered and any questions I have always get done. I also recommend my friend to this company and she is still thanking me. Amazing thank you for all your hard work.
25th Feb 2019 (5 years ago)I have tried to rent through them two years ago and they were useless. I thought to give them a second chance and still the same. Rude if you call the office, slow response or not response at all if you email enquiring a property.

28th May 2024 (23 weeks ago)It’s unprofessional owener find me lawyer but they don’t no what they doing proses going 5 months and I lost £5000 almost they know day one I bring some money from out side uk he keep give me prusher to bring money here but and of 5 months they saying to me I’m doing money laundering no easy to reach them they only Interested take my money
18th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)We were dealing with Donna Distin. Donna was great, she was very cooperative, professional and understanding, especially when my partner and I had to postpone the agreed move in date by a week due to personal circumstances. Donna sees the value in having a good tenant, and that can be a rare quality amongst estate agents. I gave one star less because the flat was not cleaned properly and some things need fixing, but that's with the Hindwoods repairs team, not Donna - she did her part great!
15th Oct 2024 (18 days ago)Awful service with letting my property and not to be trusted. I was recieving delayed payments for over a year and only recieved them because I was chasing regularly. Since March the payments have just stopped. Chased multiple times I now get radio silence no response from emails and fobbed off with "They are not in the office now can I take a message when I call". No responses no, no money. Avoid like the plague.- This agent doesn't have any reviews

The fake reviews use the same expressions to describe Letzone and are a complete fabrication. I’d recommend they remove these posts also and not to mislead people any further.
2nd Sep 2024 (9 weeks ago)From the first meeting by Josh Hillier-Dunstall to value my property to the phone call to say a purchaser had been found was very quick. Alison and Ryan supported the process and now hope that the sales will be completed soon

18th May 2024 (24 weeks ago)Millie from Long Eaton has been great she has kept us informed all along the way and generated lots of viewings which resulted in a sale in 8/9 weeks. She gave us feedback after every viewing and made herself available weekends and evenings. The house was marketed well with good photos and write up so big thanks to Millie and the EweMove team.
30th Mar 2020 (4 years ago)Subject : selling a long lease flat In a Victorian 4 flat building building .Share of freehold . The most shambolic sale I ever ever encountered. They favoured my buyer over me at every turn . I felt lost. No words can say .The delays caused by terrible solicitors ( recommenced by peter james to my buyer) , then on top of that the mortgage found by Peter james recommended broker for my buyer meant 2 solicitors for her alone !!! Both useless . My solicitor was excellent and thankfully not recommended by peter james! Both deny getting my info . Then say we got it . Then weeks / months pass by with denials of receiving things ! They sent us their office inventory of mail and they received everything on the day we sent it but above it said “ not received . Give me strength ! Finally my ID of freeholders in my building for eX change became out of date.due to the chronic delays due to the denials of info received . Then they blamed me -their client ( !!!) -for the Delay then I pulled out. It was all my fault about the ID . I resolved it in a day . But then couldn’t get through to them . That was their last words to me “ it’s your solicitors fault “. I withdrew my sale on exchange . I’m not paying MY estate agent 5 k to be useless

31st Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

Completely put me off viewing any properties with them.
24th May 2024 (23 weeks ago)Scott was very helpful and assisted me every step of the way. Answered my questions and phone calls promptly and kept me up to date with the progress of the sale. Still early days in the process.
