12th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)I met two agents, they seemed a little vapid and docile. Just grinned and could barely transfer the details from the form. The plastic chair cover was falling apart and I am really into small details, if the office furniture if falling apart and the workers seem vapid it is a sign don't do business here.

Chose them because of the great coverage they have with many offices in the region. We had lots of viewings very quickly and secured a credible buyer faster than we anticipated. Overall we would happily recommend JDM Petts Wood.

2nd Jan 2022 (2 years ago)We used Classic Lofts for our loft (and to reconfigure a bedroom and shower room into study and bathroom) in 2019. Whilst they weren't perfect (show me a builder which is!), the project only overran slightly, was done to a good standard and snagging was dealt with by Bernard snr very effectively and they put something right when asked. We have since used another company and have had a terrible experience, so thought I would leave a review having realised Classic were pretty good all in all.

13th Apr 2024 (6 mo. ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

We were kept informed throughout the purchase and Paul always responded quickly to any questions we had. I highly recommend Pullens.
30th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)Cromwells were professional throughout but were affected by a slowing market due to increased interest rates. This meant that they were unable to get the number of anticipated viewings and were unable to sell my house. I took the decision to move agents to try and speed up a sale but Cromwells did get some viewings and their communication was good.
