11th May 2020 (4 years ago)Robert vincent are by far the best estate agents they are very understanding and accommodating and quick to reply to any questions couldn’t ask for better estate agents in my eyes can’t thank them enough would definitely recommend them!
27th Aug 2024 (10 weeks ago)I found that the feed back from the Agents was none existence regarding what the persons or personnel thought of the property after a visit and to me there seemed that there were too many cancellation visits or other excuses as to why from 3 people wanting to view the property to only one turning up.
29th Sep 2021 (3 years ago)Tried to rent a place with them, on meeting everything was splendid, polite and informative. However, I was transferred to another agent, this is where things gone sideways. I tried to provide documents through messages, did not get a message back, waited many days and called everyday to remind them to check email/massage, there was no replies after ~week, then i phoned in again for many times and the person told me It was rented out with an extremely rude tone and rushed to hang up. Since the matter is urgent for me and I’ve already booked in for the apartment, no message or answering of calls and renting it out after a week of irresponsiveness, they are called an agency?

I noticed Ola treats her tenants very professionally and gives valueable advice to all. I will always use this agency and will recommend highly to all compared to other agencies I have used in the past.

The photographs were fabulous, showing the house at it’s best. Any queries we had over the change in the housing market were dealt with reassuringly.
2nd Apr 2020 (4 years ago)Excellent, proactive service. Everyone at the office was helpful and friendly and I felt they listened and responded well, rather than me feeling like just another number! They kept on top of things and made sure the process kept moving in spite of a few hurdles. I really think they earned their money. I would highly recommend iMove.
