We had a particular set of requirements for the house sale/move of our relatives who have complex care needs and Robinson Jackson Sydenham were there to help on every front! They accommodated all of our requests with the utmost professionalism. Replies were always forthcoming and prompt from all. I would particularly like to mention Simon for his guidance, Byron and the team. ….Also a very special thanks to Saphire who was immense and absolutely brilliant in her sales progressor role and dedicated approach to getting us over the line! During the course of our sale we worked with various members of the team who demonstrated sensitivity and being up to date with developments. We had good advice and the sale made good time with Allen Heritage going "above and beyond" to assist some elements of the chain with on line applications. Thank You. We do not live in the area although if we did, we would definitely use Allen Heritage again ... ah ... just remembered we said we'd never move again ...

Choosing an agency is the first hurdle and most importantly to me was that I engaged with the team on a level and trusted them and the process. I connected with Sophie from day 1 and she made my experience seamless. She is understanding, patient, attentive, timely and excels with strong communication, regular updates and support. Sophie ensured I was well informed, kept in the loop and advised through every step,action and transition. She made my experience enjoyable and stress free with warmth, humour and compassion. Oliver and his team in Locksbottom are quite simply "the best"!
16th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Had an amazing afternoon tea experience. It is very expensive, but worth it if you are on a vacation or special trip! You get refills of all sandwiches/scones/pastries included in the price. I asked for extra scones to take home with me to my hotel for breakfast the next morning (they were the best scones I’ve ever had with delicious clotted cream and jam) and they happily did so in a beautiful packaged box - at no extra charge. The food and service are top notch

Their customer service is excellent and very different to the experience I have had with most other estate agents. They really made us feel like they care and are invested in our sale and I really appreciated their honesty and how down to earth they are. They navigated tricky parts of the sale well and remained professional throughout. Dealing with the same people from start to finish really makes a different too. I don't have a bad word to say and I couldn't recommend more!

He's kept in touch, offered advice, answered my questions to the best of his ability, getting those he didn't have immediate answers for and was extremely helpful when it came to arranging my viewing. he's been very professional and courteous throughout.

12th Oct 2024 (24 days ago)Pressure tactics to simply view properties listed by this agent. Stop being so difficult and just let viewers see the single property they want! I tried to view a property in Wallington and the agents tired the approach to pressure me to view 3-4 other properties on the same day even though I had minimal interest. I also told the berk I would be walking and they said it would be "right around the corner". Reluctantly I agree to see another one and turns out right around the corner took about 25 mins walk. The agents here should get an education in English. If buyers are not interested in seeing your whole list of properties, they aren't and should not be pressured to do so. Also learn the phrase "right around the corner" should not be used as a lie to tempt people to see another property. If it's this difficult to simply view a property, imagine what the whole process would be like!
