17th May 2024 (2 days ago)Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been renting for almost 5 years in the UK and nothing has been this bad. The property was not ready for anyone to live in it - I was without hot hotter for three weeks in winter, there were fleas in the flat, heaters didn’t work. The agency didn’t do anything to help and always took way to long for basic things. Wouldn’t recommend.

Special shout out to our estate agent Emily Sula, who is absolutely amazing. Emily is approachable and incredibly helpful, she was great at keeping us in the loop throughout the process. 10th May 2024 (9 days ago)We couldn’t praise the rice chamberlain team highly enough! They sold our home and helped us buy our dream home - as we all know this is a reasonably stressful process! There are so many things that make The team stand out - they know the market and the area really well - Their experience in the industry is invaluable - they really work round the clock to support you, communicate with you and keep you up to speed with progress / issues - they problem solve to get you through to the finish line - this is so incredibly helpful - they undrstand what’s at stake for families / individuals and have empathy and do everything they can to make it easier - communication is really amazing - the use WhatsApp, emails, calls to suit your needs and this is invaluable. We are so indebted to them and would highly recommend selling buying with them!

Starting from the marketing team, Paul , an absolute gentleman I might add, gave his time to show us around multiple properties that fitted our description and didn’t give up until he found the right one for us and in addition helped us finding the right mortgage broker and lawyers without any hassle as well as another agent, Lydia , who managed to communicate with the sellers of the property and as a result chased up the property so matters could be exchanged swiftly Again, what a brilliant team this guys were ,would definitely recommend to any one knew in the estate business !!!
2nd May 2024 (17 days ago)Throughout my lifetime, I've never encountered individuals as unprofessional and deceitful as those associated with this company, particularly an agent named Luke. Initially, they assured me that my wage was sufficient for the desired apartment, but after I provided the deposit, they began avoiding my calls, imposing unexpected requirements, and threatening to withhold my deposit despite providing inaccurate information. This ordeal left me feeling deeply distressed and anxious, to the point of tears. Luke's actions were not only misleading and dishonest but also malicious. The entire experience has engendered a profound sense of disappointment and resentment towards both him and the company.

I felt well-guided and informed every step of the way. They were efficient, professional, and always available to answer questions. They made the home-buying experience smooth and stress-free going above and beyond to find the perfect home. Their honesty and transparency were refreshing. Communication is key and promptly returned calls, and ensured a seamless process. A pleasure to work with.
10th Jan 2024 (19 weeks ago)It has been one and a half years since Centrick took over the management of my property, and it has been a terrible experience living in my flat. They have been unprofessional, entering my flat without permission, and constantly seeking excuses to evict me despite timely rent payments. They issued a Section 21 notice, and now they are increasing the rent significantly, requiring me to undergo referencing again despite three years of continuous renting. They are also altering payment dates arbitrarily as a new agent takes over, causing unnecessary stress. Despite my attempts, senior management has not reached out to address these issues. I cannot recommend Centrick to landlords or tenants based on the distressing experience I've endured.

27th Apr 2024 (22 days ago)I used Bayzos to sell my late mother’s bungalow, I was feeling a little apprehensive about how to go about selling the property and didn’t have much confidence after having visits from other estate agents. Our daughter suggested trying Bayzos as she’d seen their boards outside lots of properties in our local area. I made an appointment and Gary came to meet us at the property. I instantly felt comfortable with him and he filled me with confidence about the sale, telling us what to expect, how much it would cost etc, from then on everything was plain sailing. We were kept updated each week with how the property was performing and had feedback on all the viewings they had. As soon as we had an offer and accepted it we had weekly calls advising us of the progress. Everyone I had dealings with at Bayzos was both friendly and helpful and I would definitely use them again, I highly recommend them if you’re thinking of selling your property.

We would highly recommend Avocado Properties services to anyone looking for residential lettings or sales. Our agent Pooja was exceptional. From start to finish, she was super helpful and always ready to help. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. She was always accessible, promptly returning calls and emails, and keeping us updated every step of the way. Thank you Pooja for making our move stress free!

25th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)We brought our house through Black and Golds. We mainly dealt with Suzi, considering she wasn’t actually our direct estate agent she couldn’t be more helpful. Communication was brilliant and detailed throughout. It was quite a long and complicated chain which was, at times, hard work. The help from Black and Golds made this process much easier. It was a pleasure to deal with them. We didn’t sell with them but the experience of buying with them would make me consider using them in the future.
26th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)Hannah, Ellie & Richard have been absolutely outstanding so far in our house sale journey, I could not recommend these guys enough. Hannah was great on the first appointment, I loved how they sent letters and a welcome email with a personal touch of a marketing booklet to give you tips etc on what to expect and prepare for on the day of the appointment and photos. Richard has been amazing with conducting the viewing’s he really knows his stuff and gets on great with the buyers. Ellie has been working hard behind the scenes on offers with keeping me in the loop every step of the way. The team are friendly, honest, super knowledgeable and just exactly what we need to help sell our home. After being on with a previous agent that caused us nothing but stress, Oakmans have been a breathe of fresh air! Their marketing is second to none, the photos are fantastic, the photographer/marketing manager Roman was absolutely brilliant on the day of photos. Communication has been spot on from the moment we spoke to them, something that was super important to us. We have been kept in the loop every step of the way and I’ve not had to chase them once wondering what is going on. We could not be happier and would definitely recommend Oakmans to all. We have had 5 star service from day one and I know this will continue throughout our sale journey. We truly wished we used Oakmans in the first instance as it would have saved us a hell of a lot of stress!
