Both James and Adil were very helpful from the time of the intital valuation until a tenant was secured within 3 days of the apartment being marketed. All matters relating to the processing of the tenancy were carried out efficiently and professionally.

She was super helpful when answering all my questions and was really responsive during the application process. She made time for viewings out of hours and made sure she was flexible to work around my work schedule, which isn’t often the case with other agents. She has been really supportive throughout my search and I’m really grateful to have worked with her. Thank you Lola!

21st May 2024 (12 days ago)While I have observed many positive reviews, particularly about the property viewing and acquisition process, which I can affirm were excellent—Rokeah was incredibly helpful and efficient in securing my rented property two years ago—my subsequent experiences have been considerably less satisfactory. During my two-year tenancy, I encountered numerous issues, including leaks, pest infestations, and problems with both the bathroom and kitchen. Unfortunately, the agency's response to these issues was consistently delayed. It typically took 3-4 weeks to receive a response to my emails, and even longer for any action to be taken to resolve the problems. Upon checking out of the flat, we, the tenants, had to proactively seek information regarding the exit process, including the return of keys, inspection for damages, and our move-out timeline. This lack of proactive communication caused unnecessary last-minute stress. Additionally, we had to insistently request the return of our deposit. Louise initially informed us that it would take 10 days, but provided no further details. It was only after contacting Rokeah that we were informed about the necessity of filling out the DPS information to receive our deposit back, highlighting a significant communication gap within the team. Lastly, Dillon's work ethic fluctuates from being inconsistent and difficult to reach, to being extremely helpful when he does respond. On the other hand, Louise's behaviour is extremely unprofessional. When confronted about an error in the total deposit amount, her response was rude, defensive and passive-aggressive. Such behavior is unacceptable, particularly when the mistake was on her end. This attitude wasn’t the first instance throughout the second year of our tenancy. Dimensions Estates is equivalent to the self-service checkout of estate agents. I highly do not recommend if you’re looking for a smooth and helpful renting process.
22nd May 2024 (11 days ago)We had an excellent experience renewing our tenancy agreement with Nasim. Elms were quick to reply to emails and work between ourselves and the landlady to reach an agreement. Would highly recommend renting through Elms.

27th May 2024 (6 days ago)I recently rented a property through Madison Brooks, and unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. The process started off smoothly, but it quickly became a source of significant stress and inconvenience. Initial Impressions and Move-In: When I first moved into the property, I was optimistic. The staff at Madison Brooks were friendly and helpful during the initial stages. They assisted me with the paperwork and ensured everything was in order for my move-in. However, this positive experience was short-lived. Unexpected Termination of Lease: Just five months into my 12-month lease, I received a letter from Madison Brooks informing me that the landlord needed the property back due to financial hardship. This came as a shock, especially since I had been diligent in paying my rent of $1900 on time every month. Despite having a signed contract for a full year, I was suddenly facing the prospect of having to move out. Impact on Personal Life: The sudden notice to vacate was incredibly disruptive. I had already settled into the area, which included changing my doctor, updating my driving license, and altering my bank details. The upheaval of having to move again so soon after settling down was a major challenge and added a lot of unnecessary stress to my life. Living Conditions: Moreover, my time in the property was not pleasant. It turned out to be one of the worst places I have ever lived in. The issues with the property itself, combined with the looming uncertainty of the premature end to my lease, made my stay very uncomfortable. Staff and Assistance: On a positive note, the staff at Madison Brooks did try to assist me in finding another property. I appreciate their efforts in trying to help me navigate this difficult situation. However, the fundamental issue remains that the company did not honour the terms of the contract, which is a critical aspect of any rental agreement. Overall Rating: Given these experiences, I would rate Madison Brooks 3 stars. While the staff were helpful and their efforts to assist with finding alternative accommodation were appreciated, the company needs to work on respecting and upholding rental contracts. Moving properties is not an easy task, and the disruption caused by their actions significantly impacted my quality of life. In summary, my experience with Madison Brooks was marred by the premature termination of my lease. They need to improve their respect for contractual agreements to ensure a better experience for their tenants.

29th May 2024 (4 days ago)I recently worked with David from Garrison Estates and was extremely pleased with the amazing level of service that he provided. He was the glue that held everything together. He helped communicate between all parties, was extremely approachable and friendly, easy to message on WhatsApp and always available to take a call, helped push along the process when there were delays with getting information from third parties and even continued to relay information from the seller after the sale. I cannot imagine a more ideal estate agent to help navigate the complicated process of buying property, and I will definitely be looking to use David's services again in the future if I ever need to deal with selling property. Highly recommended. And thank you!

18th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

What struck me the most about the service was something that is extremely rare to find in estate agents; they operate with integrity, openness and honesty. I never felt like I was being over sold or manipulated; they gave me the truth, and I trusted them fully to negotiate on our behalf and find us the best deal. I’d recommend them in a heart beat, thanks again guys, stellar job

Last month i was looking for a new home ,3 weeks of searching and calling different Estates Agents, a lot of appointments for viewings the properties but for what i saw on all the appointments it looked like they didn't want my money,none of the Agents put a bit of interest on selling the house ,some of them staying in the car or on the phone and let me walk free in the house to have a look by myself,none of them didn't show me the property in the correct way as an estate agent should do it. I was thinking for worse and start feeling desperate. BUT luckily i found mr. Ali from Real Move Estates, he helped me find a stunning 3 bed house, i have to say that his professional skill made the difference, he was the only one that show me the house ,all the rooms and all of it's space and let me know everything what i need to know about that property . On top of that he explains me everything verry clearly and made me understand all the documents and all the details needed for application. He made me feel like he really want to sell me the house and that's make me to go forwar with his team. I must say i am lucky that i find mr Ali and Real move Estates. Thanks verry much indeed for everything and all your effort. Best real Estates company on the market. 5 stars +++

Everything was smooth and hassle-free; whenever I had a problem they were always responsive and made sure it was resolved quickly and painlessly. After having several bad experiences with other estate agents in London (Waterfronts) and Dublin (Sherry Fitz) it was such a nice surprise to find one that was actually reliable and efficient. Would 100% rent through them again!
