I was also frustrated by the attitude of senior management as well. Felt like it's tough luck it will be done when its done and you should be grateful, especially when you are paying £1000s for this service!!!

The service provided via Karen and her colleagues was next to none - highly professional, friendly, transparent and always available for a chat over the phone. The company kept us informed and assured, making it easy for my partner and I. Special shout out to Daniel for providing such excellent customer service all the way, Chloe for a great end-process (also got a lovely Welcome Gift Box with lots of vouchers and essentials when collecting the keys), and Zenab for being so helpful and offering further support when we called up on the long bank holiday weekend. Couldn't recommend more!

I met Seb from Countrywide mortgage advisors there first, and we went through all mortgage options in lots of detail. Then, we met Tom at the property we were interested in. Will definitely keep in touch with them as we continue looking for a new property
27th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)I don't know if they were CJ Hole, but I couldn't get them to stop emailing me. I haven't enquired with them or even lived in Bristol since 2016. I've tried to unsubscribe from their new barrage of emails, however the unsubscribe link doesn't work and just takes you to a page that is html and the link at the bottom doesn't work either. Someone is thinking they're clever in IT... They should be cleaning their email lists. So be warned; you'll get emailed for years with no way of unsubscribing if you enquire with these lot.

13th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)A particular mention to Jess Latham who worked tirelessly to help push the completion over the line after it was extremely delayed by the lack of urgency of the solicitors on both sides of the sale. Jess is an asset to the Estate Agents. I would never again use the solicitor that was recommended by Holbrook Moran though. I think that they are recommended because they get a referral fee. HM Redfield also managed our property when we let it out. Anna is excellent and I’d recommend using HM Redfield to Landlords in that area. It was a pleasant experience dealing with both Anna and Jess because of their politeness and professionalism. Thank you!

Having Bundy and Bond as our estate agents was pretty much the only part that was a fantastic experience of moving, which says alot about them and the conveyancing process in the UK! We spoke to a few estate agents initially and we chose them because they were clearly interested in getting a sale and getting it quickly, not putting it up for an inflated price and setting our expectations above what's possible. They delivered on this, with 3 viewings we had 2 offers so you can't argue with that efficiency! The only sticking point during the initial process was the quality of the sales brochure for our property. That being said Tina dealt with our concerns quickly and decisively, a new brochure was created and it led to a rapid sale. From the point of sale we dealt primarily with Geoff, who was tremendous. He answered all my calls promptly, always explained things clearly and even escalated to our solicitors when things weren’t getting done. Even when Geoff wasn’t around everyone else in the team did a great job picking up and helping, which was the exact opposite of my experience working with the estate agent on the other side of the chain. Overall I’m pleased we went with Bundy and Bond, and I’d recommend them to anyone else looking to sell their house locally!

Looking for a place to rent in the current market isn’t the easiest process, but Huw Howell-Pryce has made it very smooth sailing, which I really appreciate and helped take some of the stress off for myself. Would definitely recommend!

18th Mar 2024 (7 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
27th Apr 2024 (11 days ago)Haven't used them but wanted to give a view on the website. After searching for a specific requirement, you view a property and going back takes you completely out of the selection, meaning you have to input your requirements every time you look at a house. This needs to be amended. Also I could only see at the bottom when interested in a property you have to call (could be wrong but if so wasn't clear could do another way), in all fairness I hate ringing people, needs another option to make contact.
8th Apr 2024 (30 days ago)I can't rate Gino and his team, especially Lisa, highly enough. We had a stressful time with both our's and the buyer's solicitors. However Gino and Lisa were friendly, helpful and very proactive in getting things moving forward. I don't think we would have had the sale complete without them. We had a difficult property to sell with challenging time constraints. They never failed to get back to me and keep us updated, much more useful than the solicitors ever were. Thank you Gino and Lisa, a very positive presence in an otherwise emotional and frustrating situation. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. Chris

You are not are not left to just get on with it by yourself, I was given a lot of help by property manager, mine is Jade Small, thanks to her a lot has been arranged and checks being made to make sure you are settling in nicely in my new home. Thanks to all, a really nice experience in what is normally very stressful times.
