(9 reviews)13th Apr 2024 (6 mo. ago)The open day viewings on Saturdays worked very well for us meaning that we only had viewers coming around once a week for an hour. During that hour we had on average 10 viewers each week. Valuation was spot on ensuring a speedy sale.
25th Jul 2024 (13 weeks ago)Left multiple calls throughout the week to view a property, no courtesy for a call back despite repeated calls to follow up, only to be told viewing have now suddenly already happened and property on offer.
5th Feb 2022 (2 years ago)Lied about sending my deposit back and then tried to keep it. I had to file a complaint with dps to get it back. I’d describe them as clowns and discourage people from getting involved with them.
25th Sep 2019 (5 years ago)This estate agent was worse than useless, very rude and slow. Messed me about with the house I was supposed to buy and move into and was I chargeed £2,500 before they could take the property off the market. Then the sitting tenant refused to move out and it took over 6 months get our money back and only achieved this by report ing them to the Property Ombudman. Lost close to £ 3,000 in findin g an alternative property to buy and had to take them to court. Now they have movrd from their Orsett road premises after they got expelled from the property ombufsman membership and are nowhere to be found... BeEWARE AND DO NOT USE THEM AT ALL

The lady in there gave us a load of useless waffle, then told us the property we wanted had already gone. She promised to let us know is anything else became available. A week later we saw that the property was still available, but no one had bothered to let us know. We rang them and got a viewing. An hour before our viewing County Estates called us and said the property was gone. She told us that it was first come first served, although no one told us that. What a joke company, with no communication skills. Avoid them like the plague.

He was absolutely brilliant, worked his absolute hardest to complete on both sides during a difficult market situation. Great communication and a very experienced guy. Highly recommend this company, 5 stars ????

Never anyone available at the weekend to take calls regarding problems with property. No one cares that property needs maintenance work doing. No ownership taken by any member of staff when enquiring about completing standard land lord/letting agency jobs where property maintenance is required to maintain a safe living environment.

13th Apr 2024 (6 mo. ago)I felt we had a very rocky start with the main contractions dealing with leaving. I had to chase mostly for feed back on viewings and I never felt that communication was as it was promised in the beginning. It’s a difficult market so it’s hard to say what and how the flat would have sold price wise and time wise in a better market overall I would say average

I move from Belgium to UK last summer and I found my current house via Carter Jonas and I could not be more surprised with how supportive the members of this company are especially Anton Frost ,Lauren Howse , Leisa Jacson, Megan Roots and Eleanor Penney who I am extremely grateful for as they have been there for me constantly to answer any questions or queries I have no matter how small or silly. They have given me constant attention ,support ,help and reassurance and I couldn’t be more thankful.
