Mr. Darshan was personally attending whenever I request communication between both the tenants and myself. In the future, If I want lend my property we will approach them without doubt. What made Pocock and Shaw different was Piers local knowledge and that they offered a 2 week withdrawal from using them. We did not need this as we had an offer within 2 working days of the listing!

It is not easy running a big home and lot's of tough decisions are being made but I see that a lot of effort is going in to make it run smoothly as much as possible. So therefore, A great big thank you to the Staff who previously worked here and contributed massively to the home as well as the current Staff, I am learning from you all. The last time when I broke the lease with them was when I woke up with a man in my flat! . The repairs took so many emails and phone calls to be done. When I left the home they charged me 300 pounds for light bulbs that was not working when I moved in. I had to rise a legal compliant to get my money back and I got it back! It’s a nightmare to be a tenant with them
