He made the full process very smooth, proactively addressing our needs and communicating throughout. I would without any hesitation recommend Innes England and they will be my number one choice if I require any assistance with commercial properties in the future.

I didn't have many issues but the ones I did have were dealt with efficiently and to my satisfaction. When I had to vacate 6 months before my contract was up they worked hard to get another tenant in place to avoid me paying another months rent so top marks from me.

15th Apr 2024 (6 mo. ago)These builders have been in my property several times now and their standard of work is awful. Always cutting corners and never finish to a nice standard. Very stressful every time. Can't even silicone a bathroom properly. Very stressful and not a nice experience. Shouldn't be allowed to do any work. Avoid at all costs

30th Oct 2023 (11 mo. ago)Absolutely awful place. As a tenant I have never been treated so poorly. So many things to write but will choose just 1. When our 2nd child was born she became very ill after 6 days and was rushed to hospital and kept in for 4 days. This was over Xmas time. We asked to put the rent payment back a little as we don't drive and needed to get 4 cabs a day to and from hospital. Lorraine decided to call my partner and berate her for not having savings and went on talking about the poor old landlord. Not once did she even ask about our newborn baby. Awful woman!
