22nd Aug 2024 (25 days ago)Rented through Austin Chambers for two years, and I can confidently say they are one of the best rental agencies I've ever worked with. Their communication was always quick and honest, so refreshing compared to other agencies where you often have to wait weeks to get something fixed. Whenever we had an issue, they addressed it immediately and professionally. Their team is straightforward and trully cares about the tenants. Big recommendation for them, especially for Ali who was there for us at all times.

Even during the run up to Christmas, agent Zack Green managed to jingle every single one of my bells. Professional, patient and helpful are just three of the words which come to mind when thinking of Zack, whom I would recommend time and time again.

From the moment I found the property, David guided me through every step of the process, making it smooth and stress-free. Even after I moved in, he was quick to respond to an emergency situation outside of working hours and provided the support I needed.
25th May 2024 (16 weeks ago)The worst property management Company I have ever had to deal with; I have been waiting for over two years for external and internal shared areas to be repaired, they do not respond to emails, they have no interest at all, they don't care its your home - DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS COMPANY, AVOID, AVOID, AVOID - 8th March 2023 - Well here I am a year on and still waiting, there is always a problem and sadly, never a constructive solution; as a Management Company they just don't care, my advice is DON'T GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM! 26th May 2023 - RIB did post a reply, sadly the usual excuses, they blame someone; its always something/body else; a business should come back with " yes, we do have a problem, we need to look at lessons leant from previous complaints" but NO - not there fault and funny enough, its not their problem!! - RIB do not engage, they do not respond to emails!!! DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THEM, how a business can be run like this amazes me; I think too much time is spent at the local Porsche garage choosing their next car; the Property Management Company, has failed me for years and years - AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Well here I am again!!!! Sadly, I want things to work, RIB do not communicate, the arrogance amazes me, and they don't give a S********t, the Staff leave, the Directors leave and we start all over again with new staff and end up in the same place, and strangely NOTHING HAPPENS, so my advice to all - have I mentioned this before AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Thankfully there is Google and I am sure many other options, I think; I just may be helping you with sleepless nights !!! 25th May 2024

They have provided updates, offered their expert/professional opinion when necessary, and guided me through the process. I definitely recommend working with TK lettings team.

I have rented my property through Taylor Gibbs for 5 years, they were so very professional dealing with the tenant who would only allow very limited viewings or no access at times. Charlotte has been absolutely amazing and the sale completed thanks to her consistent attention to detail and can do attitude. Thank you Taylor Gibbs

Greg, in particular, was absolutely top-notch throughout the entire process. From the outset, Greg was personable, easy to communicate with, and showed a level of tenacity that truly set him apart. He stuck with me through some tricky issues that arose during the sale, always keeping me informed and ensuring that everything stayed on track with our buyers. His professionalism and dedication were evident at every step, making the entire experience seamless and stress-free. Having recently worked with another local agency on a different sale, I can confidently say that David Andrew outshines the "competition" by a mile. Greg and his team were reliable, trustworthy, and consistently went above and beyond to achieve the best possible outcome. The sale of this property was particularly important as the proceeds are funding someone's long-term care, and Greg handled the situation with the utmost compassion and care, ultimately securing the best price for us. 8th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Just a reminder to everyone about how Orland Reid tried their hardest to screw me a while back (unsuccessfully). They subsequently also tried to report my negative review to Google to have it deleted (also unsuccessfully). I still feel so angry about this and feel it's important to warn others about the conduct of this agency, even after some time has passed - here's my original review: AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!! These guys tried unsuccessfully to retain my deposit, blame damage on me that was not included on any inventory report and charge me for "work" needed to rectify this fictitious damage using their own workmen, whose quotes for work were laughably extortionate (so no tender process/transparency and taking a cut, no doubt). I had to go through 3 months of tenancy deposit scheme adjudication to get my money back. Their staff and, importantly their owner/partner, deliberately misled me repeatedly and withheld information throughout the whole process, making it as difficult and long winded as possible. The intention must have been that I'd just get too frustrated and give up? They were also paid by the landlord to act on their behalf but at the same time claim to be totally impartial (which is impossible).They are solely motivated by money - this scamming must be part of their business plan and I cannot imagine I am the only one who has had to go through this unnecessary, time consuming and upsetting process. If I could give them zero stars I would. if I could take them to court to reclaim money for the amount of my time they wasted, I would. It makes me so angry that "Estate Agents" like this can still exist. There are so many better, more trustworthy and honest agencies out there, there really is no need to put yourself through the nightmare of dealing with Orlando Reid. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You have been warned!
31st Aug 2024 (16 days ago)Unfortunately despite leaving a property that they managed I’ve learnt that they disclosed personal information to third parties to more than one person. I tried making contact with them as a complaint multiple times but they refused to respond. Obviously this is a breach of GDPR and have once again been referred to the Information Commissioner Office (ICO) It was because of me in the first instance they became legally registered with them when I did a legal referral to the ICO after finding out they weren’t registered and didn’t wish to be contrary to the law. They were so determined to sell my property from the start and did just that (and quickly) when other agencies failed.
