9th Aug 2024 (30 days ago)Our experience with RHW Estates started off great. Will at the agency handled the initial process really well, and we were very happy. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. During our tenancy, we dealt with a persistent leak and dampness and multiple things that lasted over a year and was never fixed. Despite reporting it multiple times, there was a massive lack of communication from RHW Estates about any efforts to address these issues, which was incredibly frustrating. At the end of our tenancy, we were suddenly informed on the last day that we were supposed to have the property professionally cleaned. This was news to us, adding unnecessary stress to our move-out process. And upon seeking advice from the property ombudsman, this is not a legal requirement for any Tennant. When we called to discuss our concerns, we spoke to the manager, Spencer. His response was shockingly unprofessional and aggressive. He called us "high maintenance" and said, "the quicker you guys are out, the better," all because we had complained about living with a leak for over a year . Spencer shouted at us, made us feel extremely uncomfortable to drop the keys in, and then hung up the phone. Throughout our tenancy, we always paid our rent on time and reported any issues with the flat promptly. Sadly, not all of these issues were addressed. The way Spencer spoke to us and handled our concerns was unacceptable and disgusting. I wouldn't recommend RHW Estates to anyone all due to Spencers. The way our tenancy issues were handled was terrible, and we plan to take this matter further.

Shayan guided me through the process in a professional and friendly way and was always on hand by email, text or call to answer my queries and make the process as simple as possible. 10/10 would recommend.

From the get-go he was supportive, informative & I felt like he was on my side. We navigated through the process quickly and seamlessly, I highly recommend using Vas from Moreland if you're looking to rent within North London!

13th Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)does absolutely nothing for the landlord. tenants caused damages to property and I have to give proof which no pictures were taken upon let. was not advised to do so and basically everything is sunny days when u first approach them and plenty of assurances. does nothing at the end of the agreement and tenants refuse to leave to add to frustration. call them up hardly answers the phone or on leave all the time. besides from taking a considerable ammount of fees from you along with hidden charges ( beware ) they do nothing.

At the end of the tenancy we faced a couple of problems with mould and he handled all the issues and put us in touch with tradespeople when necessary. He was always very nice to us and respectful when he had to conduct viewings: Thanks so much!

20th Feb 2024 (6 mo. ago)Excellent lettings, horrible tenancy management. I rented my apartment in 2020 through 'Reliable Homes' which was later acquired by 'Drivers & Norris'. After this acquisition, getting a reply from the agency on any non-emergency issue became a test of patience, though to their credit they would 'eventually' get the issue resolved. Few times this became extremely stressful, for example when it took me 6 months and several emails, including notices of formal complaint to the The Property Ombudsman, to get my tenancy deposit back after vacating the apartment in a perfectly fine condition.
