27th Jun 2024 (12 weeks ago)Absolute Joke of an agent. Here are things they did wrong" 1. Never gave us a check in inventory 2. Removed a lot of left over rubbish from the previous tenant and then tried to charge us for it when we moved out 3. Never gave us a check out inventory 4. Took weeks to reply to issues 5. With held our deposit for no reason apart from, "they couldnt" get hold of the landlord and they need to agree to release it" We ended up going through the courts and got it all back as there was zero reason to withhold it. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE Only the leasing agent, Pina, was competent and nice.

28th Aug 2024 (22 days ago)We rented an apartment for two years but faced a serious mouse problem. Even on the second floor, they found their way into our flat through the walls. The agency acted like it was no big deal, saying, "Well, you know, it's London." When we expressed our frustration, they told us we couldn't leave until our lease ended. We avoided using the kitchen and living room because mice were constantly running around. Feeling trapped in a mouse-infested apartment, we considered losing our deposit to escape. Priya from the agency refused to give us references for new accommodations, despite us finding a suitable place. In the end, we had to negotiate a way to leave, while the agency ignored our health and safety concerns. I would give them one star, but I added another because they at least sent pest control, who confirmed the building was infested with mice.
5th Sep 2023 (1 year ago)Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!

Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London. 10th Jul 2024 (10 weeks ago)The acid test of an organisation is not what happens when things go to plan, it is when they do not. The team at Stonebridge worked with us over a year to refurb our mother's flat to a high standard, having spent time to go over all the options. In spite of losing two buyers and a final one that also brought challenges, and with unexpected glitches during the refurb, throughout all this the entire team - whomever you dealt with - were reassuring, human, understanding, knowledgable and patient, when it would have been all too easy for all of us to lose the plot. We sold at a good price, and I was left feeling grateful we followed our instincts on first meeting Saylan and Peter that these were 'good people'. Much as I am glad it is all over, a part of me is sad I will not be in regular contact. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
