8th Aug 2024 (4 weeks ago)Just a reminder to everyone about how Orland Reid tried their hardest to screw me a while back (unsuccessfully). They subsequently also tried to report my negative review to Google to have it deleted (also unsuccessfully). I still feel so angry about this and feel it's important to warn others about the conduct of this agency, even after some time has passed - here's my original review: AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!! These guys tried unsuccessfully to retain my deposit, blame damage on me that was not included on any inventory report and charge me for "work" needed to rectify this fictitious damage using their own workmen, whose quotes for work were laughably extortionate (so no tender process/transparency and taking a cut, no doubt). I had to go through 3 months of tenancy deposit scheme adjudication to get my money back. Their staff and, importantly their owner/partner, deliberately misled me repeatedly and withheld information throughout the whole process, making it as difficult and long winded as possible. The intention must have been that I'd just get too frustrated and give up? They were also paid by the landlord to act on their behalf but at the same time claim to be totally impartial (which is impossible).They are solely motivated by money - this scamming must be part of their business plan and I cannot imagine I am the only one who has had to go through this unnecessary, time consuming and upsetting process. If I could give them zero stars I would. if I could take them to court to reclaim money for the amount of my time they wasted, I would. It makes me so angry that "Estate Agents" like this can still exist. There are so many better, more trustworthy and honest agencies out there, there really is no need to put yourself through the nightmare of dealing with Orlando Reid. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You have been warned!
20th Aug 2024 (19 days ago)Super happy with our experience with Foxtons Vauxhall & Oval. Sami got us a viewing as soon as we explained our situation and preferences. Within a few hours he’d talked us through putting an offer in and presenting ourselves in the best way possible to secure the flat. Within days we had signed the contract. Sami was personable, friendly, reliable, and always contactable for us. We are now settling into our new place and couldn’t be more thrilled! Thanks team

Globalhouse have been great and a significant improvement on our previous agent. They are very responsive, have given good market advice and the administration and processes are very slick and timely. We couldn’t not be more pleased. Nick

When relocated in a city like London from abroad, having a reliable interface is really important!- 15th May 2024 (17 weeks ago)Absolutely appalling agency to deal with. A pure lack of transparency and a deviation from the terms and conditions associated with the holding deposit process. All my attempts to seek clarification or resolution have been met with silence from agency. Then at the end they tell me that they won’t return my holding deposit because I failed referencing, although they called me stating that the landlord rejected the proposal. I have escalated this to the PRS and will keep escalating and talking against this untrustworthy agency. Be careful of dealing with them!

1st Jun 2024 (14 weeks ago)Andy and Jovanna at Spencer James went above and beyond to help us get into a beautiful new flat! Andy also followed up to make sure we had everything we needed. I haven't had to contact them for maintenance concerns yet, so I can't comment on that. But if that goes as smoothly as the leasing process, we'll be just fine.
14th Aug 2024 (25 days ago)The best estate agents I’ve used. James in particular was great. He was very personable, great communication (very quick to respond). I had a very protracted sale due to various unforeseen issues and James was a great support, sounding board and helped push solicitors, property management company’s and buyers. I couldn’t recommend them enough!- 28th Aug 2024 (11 days ago)My friend and I rented with Keatings for 3 years (2017 to 2020). We had a leaky roof for years, which resulted in signficant mould growth on our ceiling. Despite continual reminders, nothing was done about the mould until the council got involved. It was only after Keatings were threatened with legal action and damages under the Housing Act that anything meaningfully happened, which is pathetic. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
