It sold within two weeks of marketing and has now exchanged. It’s a leasehold property which as I know can take a lot longer than freehold but from start to finish it was 9 weeks. It’s very difficult for us as there is limited parking options for all the apartment buildings in the area. Please can you park behind the Strata building instead?
