5th Jul 2024 (11 weeks ago)We bought our house through Reeds Rains Catford earlier this year. I would not recommend them to anyone. Being rude and pushy to anyone during this process shouldn't be ok, whether it's the buyer/seller/other estate agents involved or solicitors. The whole experience of buying through Reeds Rains was horrible, from the start to finish. If it wasn't for the fact we wanted the house so much we would have walked away based on our experience with this agency.

Hasan and I had been going back and forth for several months trying to find a property, so many viewings but we finally found the right one. He was incredibly helpful and made sure to let me know of any properties that might be of interest in the lead up to us finally finding our flat. Would definitely recommend, especially for students trying to find flats to rent!

She took time to gain from me an in-depth understanding of the type of property I was hoping to buy, and followed this up by proactively sourcing for me the home of my dreams! Throughout the buying process Graciela was always available to me, being both caring and helpful. Her liaison skills certainly facilitated the smooth running of the transaction as she expertly and productively communicated with solicitors and all others involved. I had previousy had a bad experience with a few of the larger estate agents where I felt a lack of genuine care and had multiple offers fall through. I can't thank Zoë enough for the insight and support she gave me throughout the entire process, she was brilliant! It was seamless from start to finish. Absolutely delighted with my flat and could not reccomend Aspire enough.

14th Sep 2024 (5 days ago)Radstock managed a small house in Notting Hill for me for just a few months before we sold it. They did an excellent job. Communication was reliable and clear. They kept the tenants on-side during the process. The service is always personal and with a problem-solving approach. Should I let property in London again they would be my first choice for management.

15th Apr 2024 (22 weeks ago)I contracted Davis & Gibbs to deal with the sale of my ex-rental studio flat in Kennington. Callum Brook was professional, realistic and really helpful throughout the process. As I no longer live in the UK, he sent me pictures of the flat, advised on which repairs were worth doing, got the meter readings, checked for mail, gave advice on how to deal with the formalities, etc. Nothing was too much trouble. Very shortly after the flat went back on the market (within about 10 days, I think), Callum got me an offer very close to the asking price which I was happy to accept, and the sale was completed recently. I am delighted with this result, especially at a time when the housing market is so unpredictable. I would not hesitate to use Davis & Gibbs again.
