23rd Apr 2024 (15 days ago)During my recent search for a new flat, Aiicja has been absolutely helpful, and of great assistance, from day one, in every property she has organized a viewing for me. Her attention to detail and efficiency on organizing the viewings, as well as her professionalism and diligence on making sure only suitable properties would be offered to me, made this search much smoother and less time consuming. Although I've managed to come to terms with my current Landlord and ended by renewing lease on my current flat, I appreciate her time and availability during the past weeks and would not hesitate on recommending her services to any friends who need to rent a new flat in London. 1st May 2024 (7 days ago)We've lived in a property rented to us by Slater Hogg & Howison since 2018. Over this time we've trying to get damp and mould fixed but no joy. The people at Slater Hogg & Howison come to do a property inspection each time they photograph the damp and mould and say they'll get it fixed but don't. We've made countless complaints and raised the issues with the Property Ombudsman. A few weeks ago they sent out contractors to do a quote on fixing the black mould and damp, I'm heavily pregnant so would've liked the issues fixed before my baby is due to be born at the start of June but instead they've continually lied to us and now we've had sheriffs officers come to the door issuing an eviction notice to a heavily pregnant woman, no warning when my husband emailed for an updated on repairs on Monday, no email inadvance to say your landlord 'intends' to sell the property in July. We've been great tenants even though they've treated us badly, paid rent, each time we've had a property inspection they say how well we keep the place- and this is how they treat us. It's awful and extremely cruel. I do not recommend renting from them.

14th Feb 2024 (12 weeks ago)I didn't actually sell my property with entwistle green, but I did buy my new property through them, Stuart was great, gave me lots of advice and assisted me through the process, couldn't recommend them enough.
30th Jan 2024 (14 weeks ago)Had the absolute worst experience with Sutton Kersh - avoid!! I was purchasing my first house through them and it took around 28 weeks to get the keys from when my offer was accepted. I felt like I constantly had to chase them and was never given an update, I feel like I was always having to offer up potential solutions, the manager was always condescending probably because I’m young/a first time buyer. I was consistently told “it’s just a lengthy process” and 26 weeks into the sale the manager told me “there’s nothing anyone in this office can do for you” - even though at this point the seller and their solicitor had made the case a priority as it has been going on for so long. Once I was told to wait till the end of the week for an update, called back and the manager simply said “no, nothing in the inbox” and I had to ask if she was going to do anything about it or if she was just going to sit and wait potentially several more weeks for a response, she wasn’t very willing to help unless pressed and I feel like her attitude and overall level of service were shockingly bad, I couldn’t believe that she was the manager. After the sale, the seller was reimbursing something their solicitor was meant to pay for but mine charged me for, I sent an email about this to ask them to contact the seller and I never heard back, they didn’t care once the sale was through. However, on the other hand, months into the sale my case was handed over to Mary Kate and she was amazing, her personally I would give 5 stars to. I called so many times and sent so many emails and she was always happy to help and seems like she actually did her job in chasing the seller and trying to get the sale through, rather than just sitting back waiting for a response and hoping something would change. She never made me feel like I was being unreasonable by calling for an update and never minimised the situation, in all honestly think she would be a much better manager.

20th Jan 2023 (1 year ago)I Was super unhappy with the service I received from Lux,I sold through them and really thought they where different, but in fact they worked more for the buyer rather than the seller which was really disappointing, I never really felt they told us the true situation in relation to the buyer.
6th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)I recently moved in to a new property, which I bought through Aspire residential. From start to finish the whole team were professional, informative and extremely helpful. I couldn’t fault them. They were always on hand to answer any questions or update me on the process. Nothing was too much trouble. If at any point I was to consider relocating to another property, I would certainly consider using them to sell my house. So thank you to the whole team for making the process straightforward and easy to manage. I wish you all the best for the new office. I’ve no doubt if you carry on doing what you’re doing, you’ll make a huge success of it. It’s been a pleasure dealing with you.
