They were going above and beyond to help us sort everything in short amount of time. The communication and customer service were excellent. I would recommend CSJ property to everyone how’s seeking a new home.

23rd Aug 2024 (24 days ago)I stayed in a flat for 4 years and never missed a payment. I engaged a professional cleaner to do the end-of-tenancy cleaning. It was apparently not to HBD's standards and they wanted to charge me £400 for cleaning. I negotiated down to £250 on the basis they would return my deposit immediately. It took 3 weeks of chasing to get my money back. For these reasons, I gave them 3/5. Other thank this, they were OK.
20th Jan 2024 (7 mo. ago)I couldn’t recommend Oliver Burn enough. They made the process of finding a property and moving in easy and stress-free. Our agent, Maurice, is extremely helpful and always quick to respond to any concerns - especially when I got locked out and had to pick up the spare key. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property in the area.
30th May 2024 (16 weeks ago)client by default through renting a flat 3 years ago in gledhow gardens. specifically Mara Gonclaves is an absolute plank. I have never had to deal with someone who is simultaneously so thick and also so pompous. her ability is zero and her rudeness is 100. bring on the AI revolution for simple tasks like estate agencies so we dont have to deal with this dross.

11th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)such poor and deceptive behaviour by this company. We provided work over a long period of time and were not paid for our services. Had to write off thousands. Their partner office were ok but then syubsequently did the same thing. As a small business this is so crippling when agents treat suppliers so badly. We’ve had to chase and chase to get some payments made and still this year writing more money off as I've given up. Thanks Muniza.
7th Apr 2021 (3 years ago)Took my money, informed me that the flat is off the market and I am still chasing them up for the refund. After I posted a review on google, suddenly they had the time to finally call me back. Not to refund my money though, to ask me why I posted a bad review and still no answer on when I will get my £400 back! Scammers!
2nd May 2024 (20 weeks ago)Few years ago the agency let me a flat which was completely filthy and full of defects . When I moved in I found Condoms and rubbish under the bed , blood on the mattress, window full of dust and mud, etc, Back then I only just came to London as a naive foreigner and I was in rush to find a place to stay , I know nothing about how a rented property should look like condition wise , I didn’t know about my legal right , and I was being treated like a fool by the their agent . During my one year of stay a few appliances broken because they were so old , but when I contact the agency asked for help they did nothing . And now when I look back I feel shocked how could an agency allow to rent a flat like that. How could an agency provide service like that . Shame on Curtis & Parker !
17th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)What a different way to sell a home, with supportive, gentle and trustworthy people. We’d been mulling over the idea of relocating out of London for years and even discussed putting our home on the market with Unique previously. What we like is that there is no big sales pitch, no pressure to sell, just listening and responding. But more importantly, keeping both our buyers and us calm, communicative and friendly throughout the sale, so it felt as smooth as it could possibly be. We’re not planning to do move again any time soon, but we’d definitely use Unique if we were.

26th Aug 2024 (21 days ago)Absolute garbage, avoid at all cost. Signed up for full management of our flat: bad communication, rent late quite often (blamed tenants), had to chase Michael all the time... Lied when we caught them renting to a different tenant (without notifying us), failed to notify tenants that we wanted to terminate the contract, stopped replying to all communication after that and carry on taking the rent. Reported to PRS but didn't do much even after winning our claim. Situation today: 6 months without rent, no ideas who lives in our flat, no communication.. lawyers on the case, waiting for court day trying to get our flat back..- 31st Jul 2020 (4 years ago)Very professional service

4th Jan 2022 (2 years ago)Pizza was like a DIY pizza one makes at home for the first time. Amateurish! The Pizzas were undercooked and both the pizzas were not sliced thoroughly. The doughs were too soft to separate pieces and they start to tear without keeping the pie shapes any more. The steam came through the bottom of the card board box and made the oily steam mess on the surface. The taste was not there, and, I don't believe the dough is freshly made but from the factory. I think the staff should go to their contender stores of the area and match the bake texture and cutting the slices. Delivery was fast arriving just under 35 min.
14th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)After 30 viewings on properties I found our dream property via Riverhomes, Oliver moved very quickly on our application and ensured that the landlord and our requirements aligned. Leanna took over whilst Oliver was away, she was very attentive and provided a great service in the lead up to getting our keys! I am so glad we went with Riverhomes over the other agenices that were representing the property!

They made the process seamless, were exceptionally professional and got the job done, in a terrible time in the housing market. Not only that, they navigated all sorts of complexities with gentle understanding and incredible tact; and found a family who truly love the home we were selling. 18th Aug 2024 (29 days ago)If you need the services of an estate agent, I recommend you use Noble Estates. Nick and his team (Nicole, Oliver, etc) are the best in the business. Highly efficient and very professional, they are very, very good at what they do. My experience of letting my flat in Battersea through Noble Estates was absolutely first class.
