20th Mar 2026 (6 weeks ago)I can't fault Jamie Harrison from Venmores. I called to view a flat but the tenant wasn't available for me to view it. Jamie showed me another flat in the same building & I loved it. In 5 days I'd viewed the flat & the sale was agreed. This lad moves pace at the speed of light. Be prepared to hang on for a fast ride if you deal with him. I shall be using him again in the future. Thanks Jamie

After that I did not have to do anything. Carol in the office arranged all appointments regarding viewing and kept me informed regally . This was a completely stress free situation thanks to the office staff. Thanks for everything .
31st Jul 2025 (8 mo. ago)Kirsty who works in Prescot branch. She helped me so much, I was nervous, upset and worried of how I was going to get a new home. She explained every step of the journey, telling me not to worry all the time, she kept updating me daily on the progress and made me feel happy, regardless of how many times I text and rang her she was always willing and happy to help. I am not at the moment of moving in my new furniture, which I am so relieved and the process as been quick and now I can finally get some sleep. All the staff in the branch where very helpful at all times. Thank you all for all your help. Especially Kirsty who as helped me throughout in a lovely pleasant manner and smile. You our very lucky to have such a amazing employee. Thanks again Jane

9th Apr 2026 (19 days ago)We found the staff friendly and easy to get along with. They had veiwings arranged in the first week,and we where sold after the third veiwing. The agent did our veiwings for us and he was very efficient, making sure everything was left in order. We would not hesitate to recommend David Davies.
19th Apr 2026 (9 days ago)I had an extremely disappointing experience with this estate agent and would strongly advise others to think twice before using their services. I proceeded with a property purchase through them last June, only to discover very late in the process in November—after significant time and money had already been invested—that the property was subject to cladding issues. This critical information was not disclosed upfront, and it was only uncovered during solicitor enquiries close to completion. As a result, I had no choice but to terminate the purchase, losing around £1,500 in the process and substantial amount of distress. To make matters worse, the agency had recommended a solicitor to me to facilitate the process, who is now pursuing me for around £1,400 in fees, despite the transaction collapsing due to issues that should have been identified and disclosed much earlier. This has left me significantly out of pocket through no fault of my own. Dreams and hopes shattered! I formally raised this issue with the agency via email back in November, and to date, I have received no response whatsoever. The lack of accountability and basic communication is completely unacceptable. Overall, this experience has been stressful, costly, and entirely avoidable had proper due diligence been carried out. I am still dealing with the financial consequences months later. I will be posting reviews on other channels too. Avoid this agency at all costs.

27th Mar 2026 (5 weeks ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!
