13th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)I contacted this Estate Agent ‘four’ times to arrange a viewing, 3 by their online platform & once via telephone, (to which I was notified I would receive a call). Zero response, not even a courtesy call.. extremely unprofessional. I’m now in the process of contacting the owner of the property themselves to inform them.

With great communication and a proactive approach I felt Jemma really understood our needs and the 3D walking tour facility showcased my property in the best light possible. I wholeheartedly recommend Allen and Harris Highworth to anyone in search of a reliable and trustworthy partner for their real estate needs, and Jemma especially. Nothing was ever too much trouble and overall I couldn't be happier with their service. Would recommended 100%

Charles Harding knows the Swindon market very well and will respond rapidly not to waist anyones time! It is highly recommended to anyone who wants to sell house quickly.

6th Nov 2023 (6 mo. ago)At the start they were fantastic. Giving us advice on the value to market at was poor and we ended up Going with my recommendation. Negotiation with offers was terrible. Overall I was really disappointed and left wondering why I am paying them a fee. I felt like no one wanted to work for my sale - just take the first offer. However, we are also buying from Richard James and Alex from the wroughton office has been outstanding

The images were taken and my house was on the market the next day and was sold within two weeks.All the staff were brilliant.Thanks to everyone involved.

30th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Surely the 'Waitrose' of estate agents - we so appreciate the professionalism of the team members: they are great at communicating, especially being proactive about properties of interest, are accessible and engaged. Nothing seems too much trouble. We're buyers from afar, if we were selling in Faringdon then I know who we'd use!

So Chole called me and within 2 days she found tenants. she was very quick and provided very professional service. In Chole absence Lizzy was helping with email reply and follow up.

Purton Wiltshire) didn't disclose that he has a soakaway far to close to property 17. After refusing to move it or my offer to move it we had no option but to pull out as the end result could undermine the foundations and cause damp. Speaking to the Council Surveyor the soakaway needs to be moved to min 5 mtrs away from the property. It might also affect the properties close by. We and our buyer are now left with legal fees as we had already got to contracts. BUYER BEWARE. IT IS SAD THAT THE NEXT INTERESTED PARTY WILL NOT BE INFORMED OF THE SOAKAWAY ISSUE BY THE ESTATE AGENT BECAUSE THEY DON'T HAVE TO TELL YOU. THEY WILL NOT TELL YOU. THEY HAVE NO DUTY OF CARE TO TELL YOU ABOUT THE PROBLEM.- This agent doesn't have any reviews
