23rd Aug 2024 (27 days ago)The whole team at the Sittingbourne branch have been extremely helpful and understanding whilst trying to move my elderly mum. The group WhatsApp chat was really convenient and you felt like there was continuous support. From the initial introduction to put mums house on the market right through to final push to exchange we were fully supported. Would highly recommend. You won’t get a better service elsewhere!

8th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Just a reminder to everyone about how Orland Reid tried their hardest to screw me a while back (unsuccessfully). They subsequently also tried to report my negative review to Google to have it deleted (also unsuccessfully). I still feel so angry about this and feel it's important to warn others about the conduct of this agency, even after some time has passed - here's my original review: AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!! These guys tried unsuccessfully to retain my deposit, blame damage on me that was not included on any inventory report and charge me for "work" needed to rectify this fictitious damage using their own workmen, whose quotes for work were laughably extortionate (so no tender process/transparency and taking a cut, no doubt). I had to go through 3 months of tenancy deposit scheme adjudication to get my money back. Their staff and, importantly their owner/partner, deliberately misled me repeatedly and withheld information throughout the whole process, making it as difficult and long winded as possible. The intention must have been that I'd just get too frustrated and give up? They were also paid by the landlord to act on their behalf but at the same time claim to be totally impartial (which is impossible).They are solely motivated by money - this scamming must be part of their business plan and I cannot imagine I am the only one who has had to go through this unnecessary, time consuming and upsetting process. If I could give them zero stars I would. if I could take them to court to reclaim money for the amount of my time they wasted, I would. It makes me so angry that "Estate Agents" like this can still exist. There are so many better, more trustworthy and honest agencies out there, there really is no need to put yourself through the nightmare of dealing with Orlando Reid. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You have been warned!

26th Jul 2024 (8 weeks ago)I switched one of our apartments to Globalhouse to manage about 18 months ago and we have just switched our other one. Globalhouse have been great and a significant improvement on our previous agent. They are very responsive, have given good market advice and the administration and processes are very slick and timely. We couldn’t not be more pleased. Nick- 27th Aug 2024 (23 days ago)I would wholeheartedly recommend the Balham branch of Hamptons. After receiving an incredible offer for the flat we were selling, they were consistently very helpful throughout what became a fairly long and drawn out process. (No fault of theirs - this was down to the buyer and his solicitor!) Both Simon and Matthew were always available to support us and clarify what was happening. This reassurance was particularly valuable for my father, who struggled at times with the process. Through their hard work and diligence, we were able to get the sale through, which at times we feared may not happen. From our experience, Hamptons provided a first class service.

15th May 2024 (18 weeks ago)Absolutely appalling agency to deal with. A pure lack of transparency and a deviation from the terms and conditions associated with the holding deposit process. All my attempts to seek clarification or resolution have been met with silence from agency. Then at the end they tell me that they won’t return my holding deposit because I failed referencing, although they called me stating that the landlord rejected the proposal. I have escalated this to the PRS and will keep escalating and talking against this untrustworthy agency. Be careful of dealing with them!
23rd Aug 2024 (27 days ago)We needed to sell our flat at Victoria Wharf. Karan had a wealth of experience with the development having sold her own properties there. Our apartment was put on the market quickly and the sales details attracted buyers very soon afterwards. We had a full asking price offer after 2 days. Although the sales process was slow due to circumstances outside Karan's control, she kept us updated and helped where possible. She was proactive, responsive and gave good advice throughout the process. We finally completed and were happy with our experience with Harry Harper Sales & Lettings
