Arranged a viewing for a flat to purchase, left work earlier and once I got there, the agent did not have the keys to the flat and kept knocking on the door for 10 mins, hoping for someone to open the door. Eventually a neighbour came out informing us, the tenant was at work. I had to leave without viewing the property. Very disorganised - I would never use them again. Never received a call nor an email with an apology. No respect for customers' time.

Once I was working with the chosen solicitor he stayed in touch throughout the process to help hurry them along to ensure it made it to completion. Wouldn’t of got in before the stamp duty deadline if it wasn’t for his help.

The agents are uninformed even about the basic details about the flat like the area measurements. We had a very unpleasant experience with them recently and would not suggest going for this viewing company.

Within a few hours he’d talked us through putting an offer in and presenting ourselves in the best way possible to secure the flat. Within days we had signed the contract. Sami was personable, friendly, reliable, and always contactable for us. We are now settling into our new place and couldn’t be more thrilled! Thanks team

Our home was on the market for 1 day even in a slower than usual property market when we received offers. All of the team were on hand with practical, sensible and knowledgeable advice from the get go. They are really informed about not just the local area but the full sale process and were able to help resolve a number of issues in our chain when we came across difficulties. We always received quick responses and everyone was so personable to deal with. Could not recommend them enough - 10/10 service. Particular thanks to Jamie & Michelle for making a stressful time so much more manageable.

Stefano ensured that the moving process was explained clearly to us and made as seamless as possible. 3rd Aug 2024 (7 weeks ago)Rubbish for sales. Called for a viewing which got cancelled and rescheduled twice. This took so long that when the day of the viewing arrived, the property already got an offer and they cancelled the viewing 2h before it was supposed to happen. All the employees seem very young and not experienced in sales.
6th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Had a viewing today and unfortunately the sales rep was 20 minutes late turning up due to forgetting we had agreed to meet at the property instead of the Foxtons office. We then went on to view another 4 properties. I wish I had been emailed the information for the other 4 properties before arriving today, as I could have saved us some time by confirming if any of the other properties were of interest, especially being shown a property that was £45k over budget. With my travel time included, this easily went on for a lot longer than anticipated. It was clear the sales rep was keen to sell the properties we saw and was prepared to answer questions that I had.

Jack listened to what we were looking for and a few weeks later, phoned to say I found the ideal property for you, and he had. We were then treated to the full Russell Killner Estate Agents treatment, apart from the necessary checks they did everything for us. The journey of buying and moving home could have been the most stressful process, but with Ismail and Zoe by my side, I was kept smiling all the way through! Ismail’s knowledge and professionalism combined with Zoe’s tenacity and understanding make them a phenomenal team, which I feel very privileged to have had them push my sale and purchase through. My children and I are genuinely grateful for how they took care of us from chasing solicitors, agents, always at the end of phone meant we can now create memories in our forever home. 16th Sep 2024 (3 days ago)As a seller, initially things were fine. However, as soon as an offer was put in and accepted by us, the experience with Expose turned quite sour. We continually felt that Expose were working for the buyer and representing their interests at all times and not representing the seller at all. Communication was particularly poor. I had to continually chase for information which should have been passed to me as a matter of course. We allowed Third party surveys to be carried out by the buyers. Very little feedback was obtained from these and on one occasion an illegal gas disconnection was performed without informing us-the property owners! A hugely disappointing experience. Even the final completion process was cocked up and yet again no communication from Expose. Avoid!

20th May 2024 (17 weeks ago)BP Auctions have been anything BUT easy to work with. We’ve been chasing for updates on the sale of our property for weeks with no response. Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.

Galloways were realistic with their valuation and clearly had a knowledge of the local market. We ended up selling very close to our valuation and in no time at all.
