Although my Landlord was very greedy and deducted 420 gbp for cleaning but still I loved interlet and would recommend it to everyone. Enjoyed my stay with interlet and would definitely avail their facilities in the future.

Victoria's expert knowledge of the area really impressed us when we were first selecting agents. Once on the market they got a large number of people through the door in a short space of time which quickly led to offers. Extremely professional estate agents.
8th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)Engaged with Thomas Kear to help with the conveyancing for a purchase on my new property and he was very helpful by suggesting simply. Once I was working with the chosen solicitor he stayed in touch throughout the process to help hurry them along to ensure it made it to completion. Wouldn’t of got in before the stamp duty deadline if it wasn’t for his help.

They were highly professional but also personable and made the process, even when changing tenants very easy. I had no hesitation asking them to act for me when I decided to sell. They gave a great service and advice. I always felt they understood what I wanted and acted with my best interests at heart. I woukd highly recommend the team for either managing or buying/selling properties.

We dealt with Shuk and Megan and they were both outstanding. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and seamless. 8th Aug 2024 (6 weeks ago)Just a reminder to everyone about how Orland Reid tried their hardest to screw me a while back (unsuccessfully). They subsequently also tried to report my negative review to Google to have it deleted (also unsuccessfully). I still feel so angry about this and feel it's important to warn others about the conduct of this agency, even after some time has passed - here's my original review: AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL!!! These guys tried unsuccessfully to retain my deposit, blame damage on me that was not included on any inventory report and charge me for "work" needed to rectify this fictitious damage using their own workmen, whose quotes for work were laughably extortionate (so no tender process/transparency and taking a cut, no doubt). I had to go through 3 months of tenancy deposit scheme adjudication to get my money back. Their staff and, importantly their owner/partner, deliberately misled me repeatedly and withheld information throughout the whole process, making it as difficult and long winded as possible. The intention must have been that I'd just get too frustrated and give up? They were also paid by the landlord to act on their behalf but at the same time claim to be totally impartial (which is impossible).They are solely motivated by money - this scamming must be part of their business plan and I cannot imagine I am the only one who has had to go through this unnecessary, time consuming and upsetting process. If I could give them zero stars I would. if I could take them to court to reclaim money for the amount of my time they wasted, I would. It makes me so angry that "Estate Agents" like this can still exist. There are so many better, more trustworthy and honest agencies out there, there really is no need to put yourself through the nightmare of dealing with Orlando Reid. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! You have been warned!

After receiving an incredible offer for the flat we were selling, they were consistently very helpful throughout what became a fairly long and drawn out process. (No fault of theirs - this was down to the buyer and his solicitor!) Both Simon and Matthew were always available to support us and clarify what was happening. This reassurance was particularly valuable for my father, who struggled at times with the process. Through their hard work and diligence, we were able to get the sale through, which at times we feared may not happen. From our experience, Hamptons provided a first class service.
