They gave us superb recommendations of solicitors, surveyors and even electricians when we needed them.They were always available to answer questions and provide reassurance when we needed it & were incredibly knowledgeable about the current housing market. We really felt they were on our side and had our backs. I wouldn't use anyone else in future.

17th May 2024 (17 weeks ago)I purchased my first flat through KFH. They were very efficient and responsive during this process, and guided me well. However, apart from these, my experience was not at all positive. It became evident very quickly that they were working solely for the benefit of the seller. Little to none was done to take into account what would work for me, both mortgage-wise, and in terms of discussing exchange/completion dates - it was always a matter of doing what the seller wanted. There were also a few events of miscommunication/incorrect information which resulted into me losing some money. I do acknowledge that they were dealing with a particularly demanding seller, but in my opinion, what makes a good agent (or rather a good employee in general), is their ability to deal with difficult, non-trivial situations. I would not recommend KFH as a buyer.

9th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I couldn't recommend Maalems more. The team are fantastic to work with and realistic with valuations unlike most agents who tell you what you want to hear. We used them to rent our property for 5 years followed by a successful and extremely stress free sale. Our flat was under offer less than 1 week after going on the market we got above asking for it! Best estate agent around!
15th Nov 2023 (10 mo. ago)I required a fast and smooth house sale, Francis and his team delivered on both counts and achieved the asking price!. I would ????% recommend Foxtons. Francis is diligent and highly experienced, enabling him to eliminate problems before they arise, thus taking away the usual stresses and strains that comes with buying and selling your home.
15th May 2024 (18 weeks ago)Absolutely appalling agency to deal with. A pure lack of transparency and a deviation from the terms and conditions associated with the holding deposit process. All my attempts to seek clarification or resolution have been met with silence from agency. Then at the end they tell me that they won’t return my holding deposit because I failed referencing, although they called me stating that the landlord rejected the proposal. I have escalated this to the PRS and will keep escalating and talking against this untrustworthy agency. Be careful of dealing with them!

16th Aug 2024 (4 weeks ago)Using a smaller Estate Agent like Garrisons, gave us a much more personalised experience as opposed to the larger chains that were a lot less personal - response rates were better & having one agent assigned to our property meant that he knew it better.

He was professional, responsive, and made sure everything went smoothly. The check-in process was also handled professionally. Overall, I would highly recommend Winkworth to anyone looking for a property in this area. Thanks, Ryan, for all your help.
