The team carried out all the viewings and found us a buyer within about a month. They were supportive throughout a prolonged sale process, caused by problems further down the chain, and kept us informed throughout. Thanks very much to Bryonie and the rest of the team.

18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)Myself and my husband viewed a property to rent on the 9th March, as we're relocating from another part of the country. Ben was very professional and incredibly friendly. He answered all our questions and most importantly he let us take our time viewing as he recognised we needed that. Unfortunately although it was a lovely house, it wasn't in the right area for us. However, after such a positive experience during such a stressful time, Atkinson Stilgoe is definitely our preferred letting agency in our ongoing search for a house.

We are in the process of buying through their Towcester branch and so far the communication, pragmatic advice and guidance and the general support on offer has been second to none. The whole team have been great although we've worked mainly with Karen, who has without doubt gone above and beyond with communication, following up third parties, and keeping the process moving as quickly as possible. If you are looking to buy or sell, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Howkins and Harrison.

They have a first-class team, all are professional and friendly. In fact, this is probably the very first time I have dealt with so many people at one company and each of them were outstanding in my dealings with them. I am very pleased with Chelton Brown and highly recommend them. Thank you so much Emily, Grace, Laura, Millie, Donna and Karen all of whom I interacted with at one time or the other during the process.

2nd May 2024 (17 days ago)Another 5 star performance from Campbells.They seem to find the right buyers for the right property that’s why we keep using them.We have bought or sold 12 properties with them over the years.They give a fair valuation with a realistic target price and their approach to marketing is a bit different to other agents but it works.Mark and the rest of the staff work hard to get the right people through the door and when the sale has been agreed they see it over the line. Always spot on.
15th May 2024 (4 days ago)Pleasant courteous staff. The photos were not the greatest . They vastly over valued the property and i had only four viewings in 3 months and no offers. Also i approached them after two months of very little activity, about a dual agency arrangement. I was told fairly firmly that i had a 20 week contract(too long!) and they would hold me to it. As far as i can see the bare minimum was done to market and sell my home.

We would highly recommend Avocado Properties services to anyone looking for residential lettings or sales. Our agent Pooja was exceptional. From start to finish, she was super helpful and always ready to help. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. She was always accessible, promptly returning calls and emails, and keeping us updated every step of the way. Thank you Pooja for making our move stress free!

Everything was handled in a really friendly and professional way and the most important thing for me was that Emma was contactable outside of normal hours. If you look on Rightmove you'll always see that the best photos are Edwards and Gray properties. Definitely recommend

25th Apr 2024 (24 days ago)We brought our house through Black and Golds. We mainly dealt with Suzi, considering she wasn’t actually our direct estate agent she couldn’t be more helpful. Communication was brilliant and detailed throughout. It was quite a long and complicated chain which was, at times, hard work. The help from Black and Golds made this process much easier. It was a pleasure to deal with them. We didn’t sell with them but the experience of buying with them would make me consider using them in the future.
