13th Mar 2024 (10 weeks ago)I have used Burns & Reid Ltd for the past 4 years (tenant), and they're fantastic, especially Chris! Really prompt in replying to emails and returning missed calls. Nothing was ever too much trouble and overall I couldn't be happier with their service. Would recommended 100%
8th May 2024 (11 days ago)I have entrusted my property with Northwood for around 6 years now and although initially I was happy with the service, policies in the business have changed and has make them less flexible especially when it comes to paying for maintenance in my property. Communication is key in any business and I feel Northwood are failing. They are quick to communicate when money is needed but not so quick to address concerns that are highlighted if it has a financial impact on them. I hope they improve soon
3rd May 2024 (16 days ago)Atlas estate agents have looked after our property for the last three years while we lived abroad, they have been amazing they found tenants straight away for 12 months and when they were due to leave they had new tenants ready to move in, they were very thorough with the check in and check out reports. They sent us the full inventory with pictures and the house was left Immaculate after each tenant. Any work that needed to be carried out they would email us with the information and price and promptly get the work completed. We liased with Kate frost mostly as we were getting prepared to move back into the house ourselves and Kate was brilliant always answering any emails we sent her and doing everything to make it run smoothly for us. If you are planning on renting out a property we would definitely recommend atlas estate agents as they take care of everything and we couldn’t of asked for more, Thankyou very much

We were on the process of hunting a house for rent, completely tired and frustrated of spending time in other Estate agents without answers. Since we met Brooks we felt confidence in renting with them. The renting process was smoothly without difficulty. All the team is very professional, kind, always with a prompt response to our requests. In our case, our closest contact was with Holly. We really appreciated the way she conducted the process. Her honesty, kindness and professionalism goes beyond and make us feel confident. We do not hesitate in contact her in first place when we have questions about the house. In summary, if you are planning to rent or buy a house in Streatham area, do not hesitate in contact Brooks!

9th Dec 2023 (23 weeks ago)Disgusting customer service, rude and unprofessional. I have rented 2 properties through Cameron Mackenzie over 10 years, I've been in properties infested with mould, been in hospital with sickness yet every time you ring up nothing gets sorted and you get ignored. I've had neighbours with the same problems over the years who have also had small children with the same sort of problems and they have said the exact same, they have a horrible attitude towards you, belittle you and act like you are an inconvenience to them as soon as you ask them to do anything (like contact the landlord for repairs) and every time nothing gets done and they get away with it. On the other hand when they want something from you they will harass you, send you over 5 emails a day and constant phone calls trying to intimidate you but ignore you and leave you for months when you are in need of repairs effecting your health. They put me through so much stress when I fell pregnant, ignored dangerous repairs when I had a toddler living with me in the property, and then handed me a section 21 when they wouldn't fix anything, then blamed me for repairs they hadn't done. Luckily I had evidence of this and got most of my deposit back. They also lied about the dates the section 21 was given so luckily it was invalid, I realised this after I had spoken to shelter and checked the dates. The worst letting agency I have ever been with the company should be shut down it is that badly run. I have never been so happy to finally not have to deal with them anymore. Good luck to anyone renting through this horrendous letting agency.

They kept me up to date with where my purchase was up to, the communication and answers to my questions were speedy and efficient, and the people I spoke to made a stressful time a much more pleasant experience. Friendly professional manner, Alex clearly knew the market with great local knowledge. Georgie kept us informed every step of the way and was always available by phone whenever needed. Sale completed in just over 2 months, at a good but fair price. Could not have asked for better.
