30th Sep 2025 (6 mo. ago)To be fair I did not know about BenSiggins until I signed up with GetAgent. Kevin Dennett was my main point of contact. I had a meeting with him and he explained everything that I needed to know in a short space of time. He was very professional as were the other people at BenSiggins that I had contact with. My late parent’s house was put on the market very shortly after our meeting. There were several viewings during the next two to three weeks. I had a reasonable offer from a first time buyer with no chain at all and I accepted it. This was all done within 6 weeks or so. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending BenSiggins and would defiantly use them again in the future should the need arise. Steve Rebindaine
23rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Since 1992 I have rented 12 different properties and bought and sold 7 different properties so I have lots of experience with Estate Agents, the service I got from Grace Lane at Simon Miller Larkfield is exceptional, so polite, helpful and efficient, she is a tremendous asset to Simon Miller, in fact anyone whom I have dealt with there provide a similar service, if you want to use an Estate Agent for any reason Simon Miller on another level to other Estate Agents

They have been friendly, kind and very helpful from start to finish of our journey to moving house. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that we were kept up to date throughout the whole process which intern made it very quick and easy. I would highly recommend using them to friends and family in thr future.

They have been knowledgeable and extremely helpful and made the whole selling process run smoothly with less stress. Dee was an immense help and was always available to solve issues and queries and I would happily recommend them to all.

Theo was amazing ...he went out of his way to answer all my questions, guide me through the process, and make everything stress-free. Even though I’m only moving in six days, I already feel confident and excited about my new home thanks to the support I’ve received. The whole team is professional and helpful, but Theo’s dedication really made all the difference. I highly recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent!

From the moment our property was sold to completion, the entire process took just 4 months, which exceeded our expectations. The team were professional, proactive, and always kept us well informed at every stage. Communication was excellent throughout, and they made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. We really appreciated their dedication and efficiency in progressing the sale so quickly. We would highly recommend Bluebell Estate Agents.

Their website is almost unusable and unprofessional stating terms like 'Hicks deals with literally hundreds of property transactions every year'. The limited properties on sale suggests this is not the case. Likely due to their lack of effort when presenting someone's home for sale. Look at a Hicks advert on a major property selling website as an example and this is clear. Limited blurred pictures, with poorly worded descriptions. It is pointless enquiring about a property they advertise as they never respond. I feel quite sorry for the people selling with them.

When my process was delayed, she stayed on top of everything and went the extra mile—contacting companies herself to speed things up. She did an amazing job and made a difficult process much easier. 17th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)We used Jack and John to sell our house, and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. We genuinely couldn’t fault them at any point in the process. Our house was listed on a Tuesday, and by Saturday morning we had already accepted an offer over the asking price — which exceeded our expectations. Unlike some other local agents we spoke to, Jack and John were down to earth and never came across as pushy or overconfident, which we really appreciated. Even when it came to our onward purchase, they went above and beyond, offering helpful advice and support that they really didn’t have to provide. Their professionalism, communication, and willingness to help made the whole experience far less stressful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

He was professional, responsive, and kept us well informed at every stage of the process. His calm and helpful approach made the experience much smoother, and we really appreciated his support.
