24th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I rented my property out through Truepenny's and whilst the experience at the beginning to get the contracts drawn up etc. was quite slow and last-minute, throughout the actual management of the tenancy they have been brilliant. I recently had to regain possession of my flat due to a change in my personal circumstances and Myra in particular was incredibly helpful and patient with me during a difficult time, which I thoroughly appreciated. Would definitely recommend Truepenny's for anyone looking to rent out their property in the area!

From the initial viewing arrangements to completion, Greyfox were very helpful and great with communication, they even helped me chase solicitors. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and will recommend to friends and family.

She took the time to answer all my questions, kept me fully updated and made everything feel smooth and stress-free. I genuinely felt she cared about helping me find the right home. I would highly recommend Shahla — amazing service from start to finish

They have been friendly, kind and very helpful from start to finish of our journey to moving house. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that we were kept up to date throughout the whole process which intern made it very quick and easy. I would highly recommend using them to friends and family in thr future.

Whilst they were more expensive than a larger agent, I don’t think I would’ve gotten as good a level of service with a larger agent. I was impressed with the photographers work, the quality of which helped me sell my property to the first and only viewer.- 25th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Well, what can I say… had the pleasure of working with Charlie recently who has assisted me in every way possible with my property search. 27th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

With no other estate agency would you get such senior members of staff doing the viewings themselves. In the past I’ve had viewings with recent graduates who are new to the market- with Bhoday you are in much safer hands
