23rd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)Since 1992 I have rented 12 different properties and bought and sold 7 different properties so I have lots of experience with Estate Agents, the service I got from Grace Lane at Simon Miller Larkfield is exceptional, so polite, helpful and efficient, she is a tremendous asset to Simon Miller, in fact anyone whom I have dealt with there provide a similar service, if you want to use an Estate Agent for any reason Simon Miller on another level to other Estate Agents

From the initial viewing arrangements to completion, Greyfox were very helpful and great with communication, they even helped me chase solicitors. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and will recommend to friends and family.

They kept us updated on the progress of the sale throughout, but also didn't mind if I asked any questions. I would highly recommend them.

Whilst they were more expensive than a larger agent, I don’t think I would’ve gotten as good a level of service with a larger agent. - 31st Mar 2026 (4 days ago)I honestly can’t recommend Wards of Walderslade enough after the experience we’ve just had. We’d previously been with a rival agent, and to be honest, they left us absolutely hating the whole process of trying to sell; it was frustrating, impersonal, and just a total headache. Switching to Wards was like night and day. The team—and especially Anna—completely turned things around for us. What I appreciated most about Anna was her straightforward honesty; she never gave us the usual run-around and was always totally transparent, which was such a refreshing change. She didn't just go through the motions; she actually listened and ended up finding us the absolute dream next chapter for our family’s lives. It felt like she was genuinely invested in getting us into the right place rather than just chasing a commission, and we’re so grateful she helped us turn a negative experience into such a massive win.

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

From the moment our property was sold to completion, the entire process took just 4 months, which exceeded our expectations. The team were professional, proactive, and always kept us well informed at every stage. Communication was excellent throughout, and they made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and manageable. 17th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)We used Jack and John to sell our house, and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. We genuinely couldn’t fault them at any point in the process. Our house was listed on a Tuesday, and by Saturday morning we had already accepted an offer over the asking price — which exceeded our expectations. Unlike some other local agents we spoke to, Jack and John were down to earth and never came across as pushy or overconfident, which we really appreciated. Even when it came to our onward purchase, they went above and beyond, offering helpful advice and support that they really didn’t have to provide. Their professionalism, communication, and willingness to help made the whole experience far less stressful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

In particular their sales progression team (we dealt with Lisa mainly) were excellent - kept us up to date and handled everything professionally and personably. Would highly recommend.

He was professional, responsive, and kept us well informed at every stage of the process. His calm and helpful approach made the experience much smoother, and we really appreciated his support.
