From the initial viewing arrangements to completion, Greyfox were very helpful and great with communication, they even helped me chase solicitors. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and will recommend to friends and family.
14th Mar 2026 (21 days ago)When moat housing took over maintenance/repairs they were all for responses quickly & accurately. While I only trust certain maintenance workers with 100% expertise. I now have experienced customers service very poor & lacking respect for their tenants. With a visit recently about having new windows & doors I found the approach was very frustrating & all one sided to say the least.. we was left very distraught & the anxiety levels pushed to 100%. We now find ourselves not confident with this company with regards have been in our house many yrs...with them having 10yrs contract left I hope they can improve the way they used to be and find that also works carried out are of high standard and respect to tenants always not all one-sided..

Met with the manager Jay and detailed all of my requirements to him; he wrote everything down and assured me that Isabel would be in touch on Monday. Call and let a message for her as she never called on Monday; wrote her an email to explain the nature of my conversation with Jay, she did reply on Tuesday via email and said she would try to organize something else. She has not been in touch. Eight years on in 2025, they are still horrific. DO NOT USE THEM.

24th Mar 2026 (11 days ago)I'm a new Landlord customer with Godwin Curtis, and I find that tremendously knowledgeable about the local area, ready and willing to give helpful practical advice and handholding through the process, and very efficient in finding and bringing in tenants. I have new tenants after just a couple of weeks on the market! I've never found them pushy or too busy to communicate with me. So, so far, Rachel and David have absolutely won my confidence.

Would 100% recommend- 4th Feb 2026 (8 weeks ago)I would never recommend someone to work with Johns and Co! I have had a tenant and without fail since the tenant has moved in the rent has never been paid on time. When they found this tenant they called me and pressured me everyday to say this would be a good tenant and how he was a student abroad and the country the student was from a country where they paid for their accommodation. There is not one month I have received this rent on time! I can’t stress enough do not use Johns and Co at no circumstance if you don’t want to be ripped off and stressed out!
25th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Jacksons were consistently professional in their approach to selling my property, whilst offering a service tailored to me and my personal circumstances, always being available to help me. Whilst they were more expensive than a larger agent, I don’t think I would’ve gotten as good a level of service with a larger agent. I was impressed with the photographers work, the quality of which helped me sell my property to the first and only viewer.

From the outset Andrew took a genuine interest in my property and plans, and the photographs and brochure he organised were excellent. Andrew kept me informed at all stages and the dedicated WhatsApp group proved a very efficient method of communicating. A very friendly and efficient firm and I would highly recommend them.

17th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)We used Jack and John to sell our house, and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. We genuinely couldn’t fault them at any point in the process. Our house was listed on a Tuesday, and by Saturday morning we had already accepted an offer over the asking price — which exceeded our expectations. Unlike some other local agents we spoke to, Jack and John were down to earth and never came across as pushy or overconfident, which we really appreciated. Even when it came to our onward purchase, they went above and beyond, offering helpful advice and support that they really didn’t have to provide. Their professionalism, communication, and willingness to help made the whole experience far less stressful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
