27th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)I would like to war others how the director of this company (S. Haider) will operate at the end of your tenancy. I am thousands of pounds worse off. I have complained via the property watchdogs however she will change company names and leave you worse off. Very dishonest, and does not know the meaning of customer loyalty or service. please think about this before trusting them with your property and money. they did not even protect our tenants deposit in the deposit protection scheme.

From the initial viewing arrangements to completion, Greyfox were very helpful and great with communication, they even helped me chase solicitors. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and will recommend to friends and family.

They have been friendly, kind and very helpful from start to finish of our journey to moving house. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that we were kept up to date throughout the whole process which intern made it very quick and easy. I would highly recommend using them to friends and family in thr future.

25th Mar 2026 (10 days ago)Jacksons were consistently professional in their approach to selling my property, whilst offering a service tailored to me and my personal circumstances, always being available to help me. Whilst they were more expensive than a larger agent, I don’t think I would’ve gotten as good a level of service with a larger agent. I was impressed with the photographers work, the quality of which helped me sell my property to the first and only viewer.

17th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)We used Jack and John to sell our house, and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. We genuinely couldn’t fault them at any point in the process. Our house was listed on a Tuesday, and by Saturday morning we had already accepted an offer over the asking price — which exceeded our expectations. Unlike some other local agents we spoke to, Jack and John were down to earth and never came across as pushy or overconfident, which we really appreciated. Even when it came to our onward purchase, they went above and beyond, offering helpful advice and support that they really didn’t have to provide. Their professionalism, communication, and willingness to help made the whole experience far less stressful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

27th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)THE RUDEST ESTATE AGENT I HAVE EVER COME ACCROSS IN MY LIFE! Usually you would expect to be welcomed to to a property you are looking to buy, invited to park on the drive so you can see what it would be like to live there. Not Claudia Romano, who arrives 1 minute before the appointment, shouting out of her car door, "I'M THE ESTATE AGENT SO I GET TO PARK THERE!". And then, once we have driven around and finally found somewhere to park, has the cheek to tell us that we're late and we will not have a full appointment - when we were there first! Prospective sellers - avoid at all costs!!!

She kept me updated constantly, nothing was too much trouble. From our first meeting before I put the house up for sale she advised me on what to do and what not. The whole process was smooth, because of her. I would recommend her to everyone, and have. Simply fantastic!
