Despite the long complex chain which involved vendors moving out of area, I believe the communication and team work skills from CR helped us achieve our goal. Communication was always good and could phone the branch, get straight through and they all knew who we were (not in a bad way). To be fair to them the property was not in the most desirable area to most buyers so do not think they were at fault for not selling (was on with 2 agents after first 4 weeks with just them). No fee as never sold but was very competitive and also included a free epc
22nd Aug 2024 (17 days ago)I have enjoyed a very association with Kent Residential (formally Seekers) and have used both their rental and sales services for many years. They have always been courteous and have even handled my moans with complete professionalism. From personal experience I cannot rate them highly enough, especially Hayley who has been (quite frankly) amazing in going the extra mile - even contacting me on her day off just to keep me informed. I have already recommended them to family and will probably be using their services again in the future.

She was absolutely amazing from the initial conversation we had on the phone, to our lengthy appointments where she took the time to explain everything, all the way down the line to today, finally our completion day! She is so knowledgeable and she takes the time to do her research and find the best product for you, she takes no shortcuts! Such an amazing mortgage advisor with a radiant personality. They made my first time buying process as smooth as they could whether this was chasing solicitors or communicating with the vendor. The process took just over 4 months and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! They made me feel heard, thank you again!
13th Feb 2024 (6 mo. ago)I would highly recommend Fine & Country and the team in West Malling , Michael was very honest with us from the beginning managed our expectation whilst having a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome for us , we felt the team Emma and Karen were proactive in their marketing of the property and we were continually kept well informed both verbally and electronically throughout the whole process . Excellent communication and attention to detail from all the team we would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell a property.

4th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)Terrible service, staff acting arrogantly and rude. Also we have been renting a property for 4 years with them and as a result they stole 55 pounds from my deposit without any reason. I tried to discuss it with them but they didn't want to listen.
11th Feb 2024 (6 mo. ago)Due to our house being sold as part of a Trust, we were given Evolution as our nominated Estate Agents. If truth be known, as we hadn't heard of them before it probably wouldn't have been one we would naturally have utilised. However, we have been simply over the moon that you were the chosen Estate Agents, your service has been nothing short of exemplary. You have done absolutely everything you said you would do, at the times and dates provided. The Staff are so supportive, and will go out of their way to make sure the information or question is provided or answered. Nothing has ever been too much, whatever date, time or person we spoke to. We had total faith in your ability to deliver, and trusted you to do your job and you absolutely delivered on everything. All I'm left to add is a big thank you to all concerned.

2nd Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I can't praise Eden highly enough regarding my recent sale. I have been unlucky enough to have appointed really poor solicitors who didn't respond to my calls and enquiries and at times I felt abandoned but Lisa at Eden was my saving grace. She deals with the sales progression (after sales) and she has been invaluable. Lisa has a passion for her work and she regularly goes over and above to resolve an issue. She was even emailing me whilst on holiday. Quite frankly Lisa kept me sane! On reflection, the easy part is selling your home and the hard part is ensuring it goes through in a timely manner and Lisa's dogged determination made it happen for me. If you are in two minds about which estate agent to choose, pick Eden - you wont be disappointed.

Instead of going for the same kind of corporate, profit driven, pushy stereotype that we have all come to know (and loathe) the team at Hestia’s are the opposite. Their focus is on individuals, they want to really get to know and help people. The people who’s houses they are tasked with selling but also the people who want to buy them. We instinctively got on well with the team from our first meeting and it was just a pleasure working with them. Conversations were always professional and productive, but most importantly they were conversations and at no point did we feel dictated to. Viewings were handled respectfully; communication was great with plenty of notice at every turn and they found perfect buyers for our home. As with any process there were complications, but Hestia’s made a huge effort to help us and our buyer overcome these issues which made everything work in the end. In short without their help, we would not have been able to move when we did. I would not hesitate in recommending Hestia’s to anyone trying to sell their home in South London. They are brilliant and we can’t thank them enough for the effort they put in.
