We found the whole process seamless, handled expertly by the experienced team there. Lana who we liaised with predominantly for most of our purchase was so lovely. When visiting the branch we felt like we were visiting friends we hadn't caught up with in a while!. We would highly recommend them from a buyers perspective. Keep up the good work ????

Nevertheless Craig kept persevering and advised us accurately on the general market and comparable properties. He dealt well with our buyer and I would happily recommend Bond and Sherwill.

25th Sep 2024 (5 weeks ago)Please be very careful as at the end of the tenancy the agency will use any excuse to take the money from your deposit. The way they treated me during the tenancy and after was horrible. They evicted me after my tenancy expired stating that the landlord wants to move in. He never moved in and the property remains empty. So much lies. Staff never want to discuss anything over the phone. Very unprofessional personnel. The worse thing is that they want to take the money from your deposit for damage or defects that were there before. BE VERY CAREFUL!!! I do not recommend the to rent from them !!!

12th Jul 2024 (16 weeks ago)As the representative for a small block of flats, I can say that my experience of dealing with Mayfords as a Managing Agent has been refreshingly positive, from the moment Aarti Varma assumed responsibility for managing our block. What has been particularly impressive is the way Aarti has taken the time to want to know about the history of our block and associated issues, making regular on site visits and taking photos, seeking my input and also inviting me to Mayford's office to catch up and update me on block matters - all of which in turn has made it easier to resolve some of our long standing issues. I was also impressed with Aarti's well delivered Powerpoint presentation at the recent AGM, held in nice, off site, office premises. The presentation was well set out, including photographic illustrations, and objectively showed how our Block has evolved over the past year, and the part Mayfords, specifically Aarti, has played in helping tackle and resolve issues. There are some issues which remain a working progress, however with Aarti's strong leadership, I am positive we can reach resolution. On the basis of my own lived experience of dealing with Aarti, I strongly recommend Mayfords as a Managing Agent.
27th Mar 2024 (7 mo. ago)I did appoint JBrown to sell my property in Bromley and I was very happy at the beginning about the way they approached me and how they worked to get the property on the market quickly. Soon after they changed quite a lot in terms of communication, Zara used to reply randomly ( basically when she got a chance ) whilst Komal (owner)never replied to my emails.( she should learn how to deal with people). Despite that was a clear sight of a lack of professionalism, I left things going ahead smoothly. Zara kept me informed about the buyer's interest in seeing the property and I arranged access all the time. Then I had to chase her to receive feedback from customers, she never made them aware of the outcome or sending any REPORT. Even though I left them to carry on their job. They eventually got 2 offers and let me know to appoint a solicitor which I did. Both times buyers pulled out and she never contacted me to let me know, on the contrary, I had to call to find out what happened. I am still not sure if she really received any offers because I never received proof of that. The 12-week agreement came to an end and I previously let them know by email that I would not renew the mandate( no response at all as usual). Finally, I chased them again to remove my property from the market but they either removed it or replied to my emails. After 2 weeks of waiting for them I decided to contact Rightmove, and Zoopla etc explain the matter and they removed the property immediately. This morning magically I received an email From Zara saying that my property has now been removed! You are a team of liars, hopefully, people will be away from such an unprofessional “Estate Agency”.. I lost time but you lost quite a lot of money. That's what you deserve!!!
29th Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)I have been dealing with Edward Ashdale for 5 years. Their service is exceptional. They are friendly, prompt, efficient &at all times professional. The sub contractors sent to do various repairs & inspections are of the same hog standard. eg. My CO alarm went off on Sat night of a Bank Holiday weekend & my email was replied to on the Sun by Victoria Dooley. Repair & inspection done asap. EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE.

28th Aug 2024 (9 weeks ago)Never trust in EATON GREEN ESTATE AGENTS specifically in Sherif and the manager. When you sing the contract they never answer my emails. I rented a property with mould and humidity the toilet does not work the kitchen has leeks the all property have a terrible smell and after a beg them to help me find another property they never do it why because I am single mother and they know my situation and vulnerability. They never help me with nothing and after finally find another flat I don't have my deposit back u til today with £860 less. I don't have any faith in this society thank you Sheriff and the MANAGER THEY LIED TO ME ABOUT THE FLAT NOBODY DESERVE TO LIVE LIKE THAT. IF
