27th Mar 2026 (8 days ago)I would like to war others how the director of this company (S. Haider) will operate at the end of your tenancy. I am thousands of pounds worse off. I have complained via the property watchdogs however she will change company names and leave you worse off. Very dishonest, and does not know the meaning of customer loyalty or service. please think about this before trusting them with your property and money. they did not even protect our tenants deposit in the deposit protection scheme.
14th Mar 2026 (21 days ago)When moat housing took over maintenance/repairs they were all for responses quickly & accurately. While I only trust certain maintenance workers with 100% expertise. I now have experienced customers service very poor & lacking respect for their tenants. With a visit recently about having new windows & doors I found the approach was very frustrating & all one sided to say the least.. we was left very distraught & the anxiety levels pushed to 100%. We now find ourselves not confident with this company with regards have been in our house many yrs...with them having 10yrs contract left I hope they can improve the way they used to be and find that also works carried out are of high standard and respect to tenants always not all one-sided..

From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently, making what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and straightforward. They have been friendly, kind and very helpful from start to finish of our journey to moving house. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that we were kept up to date throughout the whole process which intern made it very quick and easy. I would highly recommend using them to friends and family in thr future.

Whilst they were more expensive than a larger agent, I don’t think I would’ve gotten as good a level of service with a larger agent. I was impressed with the photographers work, the quality of which helped me sell my property to the first and only viewer.- 28th Mar 2026 (7 days ago)Wards of Chatham have been most helpful in selling a flat for me. The process was complicated by the fact I live in Wiltshire and the flat was in Chatham but Brendon and the team made the whole process straightforward and kept me informed at all stages. They were friendly , professional and helpful at all times. I would certainly recommend them.

17th Mar 2026 (18 days ago)We used Jack and John to sell our house, and they were absolutely amazing from start to finish. We genuinely couldn’t fault them at any point in the process. Our house was listed on a Tuesday, and by Saturday morning we had already accepted an offer over the asking price — which exceeded our expectations. Unlike some other local agents we spoke to, Jack and John were down to earth and never came across as pushy or overconfident, which we really appreciated. Even when it came to our onward purchase, they went above and beyond, offering helpful advice and support that they really didn’t have to provide. Their professionalism, communication, and willingness to help made the whole experience far less stressful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!
1st Apr 2026 (3 days ago)Maddison Ridway showed me the listing and was very friendly, answered all my questions and concerns. I was very impressed with the property and the company’s professionalism. *3 weeks Later* I was dead wrong and should have paid attention to the bad reviews. I moved here yesterday and I have been treated very poorly throughout the process. My move in date was changed, the property managers do not care about you once your payment has been received. I was given the keys to a dirty apartment, the agreed changes were not implemented and no one - including my point of contact- during the letting process wants to take responsibility. Now I’m stuck with these many difficulties to navigate and when if you ring or email them, it takes ages to get a response Lest I forget , the tone of voice in the calls and messages were so callous and aggressive, I regret committing to a tenancy with them. Deal with them at the expense of your sanity.

He was professional, responsive, and kept us well informed at every stage of the process. His calm and helpful approach made the experience much smoother, and we really appreciated his support.
