Together housing sent this man David Stead a surveyor to my house in may 2024, to look at damp and mould, I was told by the housing inspector he's the BEST in the country, he even has his own personalised number plate on his viechle "MOULD" He told me the marks on my sons bedroom ceiling was not damp but a SPECIAL BROWN MOULD that he was studying, he had never seen this mould in real life, he THANKED my son for GROWING it, TWO months later in July 2024, the bedroom ceiling fell down while my son was in there, WELL DONE MR MOULD NOT THE BEST IN THE COUNTRY,... I am absolutely annoyed. I'm registered with keychoise and together housing. We have been bidding for 3 years with no look and we're silver banding. My mum's health has got worse so gate way to care and our local MP has was supposed to send a letter in for support. Every time we phone up it's like her health issues aren't important or her housing needs despite that she all so has the same right like everyone else.... Read more

Absolutely awful company. Purchasing a house that was previously bought 50/50 ownership and I'm now purchasing from the vendor at 100%. Together housing took forever to get anything sent over to me. You can never call / get through to the person you are talking to as they are "always busy". You are also promised a phone call back by the end of the day but they never do. The documents they sent me to sign contained so many errors, including the purchase price of the house, my name, my current address etc... Would avoid these at all cost.... Read more

Called this morning to discuss my application after being offered nothing in a year even though I'm homeless with my child had to raise my voice over the wind she took this personally told me she had been in my position before herself an that she was terminating my call...useless undermining,patronising service.staff need training properly and still no houses being offered and they wonder why people are killing themselves and kids are ending up with no parents.... together housing sort your system out I'll be writing my report sadly to no positive response to this business sure the MP will love to see how shoddy your services are to the general public.... Ridiculous that a person who is in gold band and living in temp accommodation with small children updates their personal details just to say they've had a baby can not then bid for up to 4 weeks due to the fact that their profile needs approval. There are suitable houses that I can not bid on because the profile needs approving. So potentially loosing out on suitable accommodation... Read more

Why should anyone move in to a property of theirs well they are perhaps affordable if the rent went down I mean a refugee could be fine in one but , with all the disrepair they don’t come around & do to their properties I would defo never ever move in to one of theirs if I was any of you looking to get on to the property ladder , go abroad that’s the best option because these people may have modern tech but hardly ever use it right & it seems like they don’t know if they are on this planet or another one & also anyone looking to invest avoid these hugely they have 3rd party people working for them there is no people besides select few , who actually work for them other than that the rest are all contracted out & that is where their money is going....
